Situated in Swannanoa, this attractive cabin for R 4,959 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Whether you're looking for a fun time exploring the vibrancy of downtown Asheville, hobnobbing at The Biltmore, Exploring local breweries, discovering local artisans or a relaxing getaway in the quaint town of Black Mountain this is the place for you. Watch the sunrise with mountain views on the deck or enjoy an evening with a glass of wine by the fire pit. This beautiful home has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen, and a fun game room to enjoy time with friends and family. Also includes hot tub and fully fenced yard. Please note driveway is gravel and a bit steep- if you do not have a 4-wheel drive we suggest putting car into 1st gear to get up driveway. Please go up the right side and down the left side. Available by phone if needed. Smart Lock provided for easy access Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. We will try out best to accommodate late checkouts when possible but will need at least 24 hour notice. This allows us to give our cleaning team proper notice. Please keep in mind if we have a same day check in we may not be able to accommodate. Please take trash out to trash bins on side of house, if they are full please leave in house at check out so the bears do not get them Please move any furniture back to it's original spots if moved during you stay. No parties- please be respectful of neighbors and noise level.Weapons are not allowed on property. Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges.

I really enjoyed our stay, we all did! It was a beautiful serene neighborhood and view. It was super clean, very nice, and Manny’s communication was very timely and professional. I will be back!

A great location and perfect for our girls’ weekend! My car is not 4 wheel drive and the steep gravel driveway took two tries. If the weather had been icy or snowy, I would not have made it up the roads into the neighborhood or up the driveway. The house was spacious and clean. It was a drizzly and chilly weekend, so we didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit, but the house is only 15 mi it’s from the Biltmore….which was our day fun! The house is Close to downtown black mountain and downtown Asheville, so it was perfect! Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

The house had everything we needed for a great stay. The driveway was slightly steep but manageable & the views were beautiful. The hot tub/fire pit is a great addition and we had a great time! Thanks for the quick responses to our questions!

Great Location! Just a short drive to Black Mountain and Asheville. Loved the small town of Black Mountain’s restaurants and shops. Very peaceful sitting on front porch with gorgeous mountain view’s.

Three girlfriends from high school and I had a reunion weekend at the cabin and it was perfect! It was more than spacious and comfortable for four people and could easily accommodate quite a few more. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. The owner, Manny, replied to questions quickly and was very kind to accommodate a flexible schedule since there were no bookings on either side of us. Highly recommend this house!

Lots of room for everyone to have their own space with a comfy couch, cozy dining room and fun game room to bring the family back together again. Huge kitchen stocked with everything we needed. View of the town at night was beautiful.

We loved the house and location. Watched the sunrise from the front porch and had beautiful views of the mountains and trees. House had everything we needed and all the beds/rooms were very comfortable. We had a girls weekend with my 3 dogs, I hope to make this my regular mountain rental and hope we are welcomed back!

Our son was married in Asheville and we rented this house for central family location and hang-out. It was perfect! Very clean, open floor plan downstairs and ample bed space upstairs.

I asked if we could have an early check in due to an elderly person. I was told no that there wouldn’t be time for cleaning crew. We were at the house at 4:00 and had to sit out in car with my elderly mother in law and wait for that cleaning crew. I understood their position and accepted 4:00 no problem but for them to turn around and be late.. Then we go to bed and it’s extremely hot upstairs and the ceiling fans make enough noise to wake the dead.

Beautiful home in the mountains

This home was the perfect place for our family vacation. The home was stocked with all of the basic things we needed and there was lots of space, our dogs also enjoyed the fenced area and wrap around porch. Perfect location that is relatively close to everything to do in the area and we enjoyed having black bear sightings in the evenings! We will definitely be back, thank you for sharing your home with us!
