This is a wonderfully appointed house and Beverly and is an amazing host! Everything in the home is new and clean and it is walking distance to both campus and downtown.

The property was as advertised, spacious, very clean, had everything we needed. Its location could not have been better, within walking distance to Central Park, the Arts Center, and downtown restaurants. Beverly, our host, was very generous, friendly, and informative. And the Corvallis weather was wonderful.

This is a beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood walking distance to restaurants and campus. We were in town touring OSU with our two teenage boys. The house is cozy but plentiful. With just the four of us, we had more than enough room. We were greeted one evening by deer sitting across our driveway laying in the neighbors side yard. So darling! The house had everything we needed for a long weekend. It was impeccable! Extremely clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the toiletries that were provided. If we find ourselves in Corvallis again perhaps with and OSU student or otherwise, we will definitely book here again.

What a wonderful property and property manager. We stayed for a long weekend while visiting our son at OSU and could not have been happier w our stay. Everything was excellent...the communication w the property manager, the bedrooms, the kitchen, the furnishings and everything was immaculate! Thank you again and we look forward to booking again during our next visit.

Kids had a gymnastics camp at osu and found the place to meet all of our needs and then some. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect location between campus and downtown. Would recommend and stay again!

Great clean property with good location to downtown and OSU campus. We were a group of coaches at a summer camp and it was nice having good AC and being able to walk to everywhere we needed to go.

Our family stayed at this property for our oldest daughter's orientation for her upcoming freshman year at OSU. The house is beautiful - new, clean and comfortable. The location is an easy walk to campus as well as multiple restaurant options and downtown. Beverly was super helpful and friendly and the house will be our first choice for all future visits to Corvallis!

The location to OSU and downtown Corvallis can't be beat - all easily walkable. Beverly is super nice and is easy to reach if you have any questions. Overall, a fabulous place to stay in Corvallis.

Our family of five visited Corvallis for my father-in-law's celebration life. The size of the house was more than ample for 5 adults. It is a quiet and peaceful home. We loved drinking tea on the front porch each morning. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was absolutely perfect, as it was walkable to both the campus and downtown area. This made it incredibly convenient for us as we were visiting the university and also wanted to experience what Corvalis is like. The property itself was immaculate, with every detail taken care of to ensure that guests felt comfortable and at home. The attention to all of the details, furnishings, etc. made for a very comfortable stay - both luxurious and homey at the same time. Beverly the property manager was incredibly friendly and it was really nice to meet and talk with her. She was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations which made our stay complete. We'll be back!

This house was fabulous for our girls weekend! It was spotless, well-appointed, comfortable, spacious…great! The location was perfect. We have stayed here twice when visiting our son at OSU and will hopefully stay again. It is so clean and roomy and convenient. Easy to walk to campus and downtown. The owners are sweet and helpful. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Plenty of extra bedding for sleeping on futon or couch.

Not only is this clean, well appointed home within easy walking distance of campus, but it is gloriously quiet. Beds are comfortable, I love the porch swing, and I appreciated the inflatable mattress and extra bedding. The manager Bev is always a fast communicator, and allowed us to both check in early and check out late. Stellar customer service.

The best weekend stay and the amazing home. The home felt brand new and tons of room to enjoy. We walked to the farmers market, campus, nearby park and downtown easily! Three well appointed bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms made it super easy for us all to feel like we had privacy. We had a toddler and 1 year old with us and no concerns with safety. Two extra rooms upstairs for second living spaces or additional sleeping areas. Hope to return in the future!

The photos of this beautiful home really don't do it justice! The home is brand new and incredibly comfortable. We were in town to get our son settled on OSU and it couldn't have been a more perfect place to stay. It's very spacious, very comfortable and the property owners have thought of everything. I hope to stay there every time we return to Corvallis!

Wonderfully remodeled home with space to spread out and well-appointed kitchen and amenities; cute front porch with chair swing too. Our group consisted of 4 moms and 4 12-year olds staying for the OSU gymnastics camp. The house was in a cute neighborhood and easy location to get to anywhere in town. Beverly and Amanda were easy to communicate with and made the process so easy. We’ll definitely rent this house for next year’s camp!
