When you exit our back pool gate, you’ll be approximately150 yards from the beach. Fuller Park, with a playground area and tennis courts, are three short blocks away as well. Our home offers all the comforts of home, plus a private pool. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch overlooking the fenced in pool area or from the upper sundeck off the master bedroom. This 4-bedroom home comfortably accommodates 12 people. Heating the pool is optional in the spring and fall months for an additional charge of $20 per day. Renters must request pool heat at least 48 hours in advance; it is not automatic. Please note: Pool heat can be maintained only if the air temp does not fall below 50F degrees. **IMPORTANT. READ LINEN POLICY BEFORE YOU RENT. Linens and towels are NOT provided. Renters may choose to order linens (which will be delivered) from a local provider such as Vacationgear.com- or they can save money and bring their own. Linen arrangements are the responsibility of the renter. Pillows and blankets ARE provided at the home.
