Nice location on the resort property. Has everything we needed and the host was accommodating. Nice size balcony. Note that the tennis courts are behind the unit and the sound starts at 7 am. It was not an unpleasant or loud sound but you can hear it in the unit.

Well-appointed, well-located near Carlsbad shops and amenities, very easy access to La Costa resort facilities, though day membership to pool, tennis etc is expensive. Owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the oven door, resolved. Highly recommend this unit.

Great place. Foam mattress that’s not for everyone, but some like it. Nice linens and towels. Easy parking downstairs or immediately out front.

This condo was just okay.
1. Needs updated, especially in kitchen
2. Wash cloths. Just 1 for the whole week for 2 people. PM “That is all I have” 🙁

the unit was exactly as described, well stocked and enjoyable. we would stay again. r . there are 2 smart tvs but they only use apps or ip tv, no news/sports etc. not really there to watch tv but would be nice to have.

Excellent Romantic Escape
This is a beautiful well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated apartment. Lots of amenities. Perfect location - our family lives less than 10 minutes away. We were fortunate to be able to stay here. We visit Encinitas at least once a year and will try to book this one again. Karen and Ron

This property was easy to access and had everything we were looking for. It made our stay in Carlsbad/Oceanside easy and enjoyable. Communication with Yelena was efficient and responsive. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

La Costa getaway
Great condo on then premise at LaCosta. Excellent service and a great owner. My wife and I had a great time and if you are a golfer or want to take a day at the beach this is the place. Thank you Yelena!
