About this house rental
You are centrally located at the bottom of Wildernest next to I-70, with panoramic mountain views including the Continental Divide and Williams Pak Range. Easy access to everything in Summit County and beyond: Keystone (15 mins), Loveland Ski Area (15 mins), Copper Mountain (15 mins), Breckenridge (25 mins), and Vail (35 mins). Relax in your private back patio hot tub, overlooking beautiful mountain views after a full day of skiing, biking, hiking or taking in all the nearby attractions. There is plenty of space in this modern 3 story, 1900 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome with attached garage. Very short walk to downtown Silverthorne, restaurants, breweries and world-renowned trout fishing on the Blue River. 3 Bikes (1 large, 1 medium, 1 youth) are available for your use if you'd like to pedal around town instead. The upstairs level sleeps 8 with one king (master), one queen (guest #1), a bunk bed and a trundle (guest #2). The master includes a full bathroom with stone finishes, equipped with two sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The full-sized main-level kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware needed to make a gourmet meal away from home. It features granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and enough cupboard space for all your groceries. The offset stylish dining area comfortably seats six. The stepdown living room on this level includes leather furniture and modern mountain aesthetics, which leads to a walkout deck (w/BBQ) and a lower level patio (w/hot tub) overlooking unobstructed mountain views. Downstairs you'll find the laundry room, a second living room with a flat-screen TV, Xbox and game room equipped with a multi-arcade machine, darts, axe (plastic) throwing, and hook and ring game. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Hot tub towels are provided as well. The unit has free guest wifi. We have two permanent parking spaces with additional overflow parking available. Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. We appreciate your cooperation and hope to see you in Silverthorne soon! This condo was nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Absolutely no complaints. Eric, the host, was very helpful. It was great to have parking inside garage and right out front door. Would stay there again.

This place worked great as a home base for our ski trip.

We were concerned that it would fit our group of 6, it did and very well. Kids loved the basement. We brought bikes so the garage was a great feature for us. Jacuzzi was a nice addition. It was a little warm in the peak of Summer but there were some fans to help with that.

This home was a perfect base for our family of 5 for our trip to ski at Copper Mountain. The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was used everyday after skiing, and the kids loved sledding down the hill. I've already shared this listing with friends and will definitely be back!

We had a great stay here! Townhouse is perfect for a family of five or six - and located near all the best skiing in Colorado. Home is Beautiful, modern, clean and the owners had it all trimmed out for the holidays. The rocky mountain views are stunning and the hot tub is perfect after a day on the slopes! Owners are responsive, friendly and had the home well stocked for our visit. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again - great fun for all!

All I can say is that this place was absolutely perfect for us. Beautiful condo with plenty of room and situated perfectly between Breckenridge and Keystone. Lots of food and shopping within a 5 minute drive. You can also rent your ski gear from Wild Ernest Sports, which is 1/10th of a mile down the road. That place is great as well and makes it super convenient to pick up/drop off or exchange gear if you need to since it's basically in the parking lot of the condo.
Not only was the condo amazing, Eric is a pleasure to work with. He was very accommodating with check-in/check-out times and was always very quick to reply. We had a kid get sick and miss a full day of skiing so we decided to stay and ski another half day. Eric let us check out late to accommodate the extra few hours.
I can't say enough good things about this place. We are already planning our trip back next year and this condo will be our first choice. Thanks again Eric!

Plenty of Elegant Space!
We received an organized, warm welcome to this top-notch place with room for three couples to comfortably stay. Can't beat the views and the private hot tub, as well as all of the other extras available to guests with this host. We'll definitely be back!

We thought the family room area might be small by the pictures, but it was FAR larger and had higher ceilings than expected--and the view out the windows looking down over Silverthorne were beautiful. The hardwood flooring seemed brand new and the condo had fantastic appliances--we were jealous of the dishwasher. The long wooden kitchen table was perfect for family meals (we had 6 adults) followed by hours of playing dominoes.
The owner, Eric, communicates quickly and went above and beyond. I forgot our coffee/milk frother and he boxed it and mailed it across the country, free of charge.
The fireplace was a flick of a switch and the hot tub was perfect for 5-6 people. We would absolutely stay here again.

We thought the family room area might be small by the pictures, but it was FAR larger and had higher ceilings than expected--and the view out the windows looking down over Silverthorne were beautiful. The hardwood flooring seemed brand new and the condo had fantastic appliances--we were jealous of the dishwasher. Family ski trip
This was our third time staying at this property this season and each time we fall more in love with it. It’s easily accessible, clean, well stocked and simply nice. It’s a very easy space to split between two families or more. We can’t wait to go back.

We rented this property for a multi family ski weekend. Plenty of everything- towels, blankets, fans, hot tub towels, etc. the noise from I70 is noticeable but they did put a basket of ear plugs in the bedrooms for sleeping. Great place!

Everything was as promised and we were greeted with a gift from the owners which made the trip even more memorable. This place is very spacious and with the game room downstairs it sure is nice to let the kids play there and adults be able to enjoy a quiet meal.

Cozy, family friendly condo in a perfect location!
Beautiful, modern, and clean condo close to everything! Multi-levels were perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of room to spread out. We walked to hiking trails and were a short 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Extremely kid-friendly with a bonus game room and private hot tub. All the beds were very comfortable and the entire condo is private and quiet inside. Complete with all the amenities and entertainment we needed. Eric was very responsive to any and all questions and offered some great local dining and activity suggestions. Would highly recommend this condo and we will be back to stay here again!
