This was a beautiful house that we instantly fell in love with. Everything was just as it was advertised and in perfect order.

Super cute place for a large family!

If you use VRBO often, you probably have walked into your rental, looked around and said, “This will do.” It’s not great, but not terrible. I can honestly say that this home’s appearance and the overall look was excellent! It had a “Wow Factor” as soon as we walked in. The inside was clean, beautifully decorated and had a neat and new feel to it. We stayed in North Charleston to go to a concert nearby and then hit the beaches for a few days. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of storage in the closets. I asked if we could park in the huge garage as we had two large SUVs and the owner gave us the garage code and welcomed us to do so. We found that the master bathroom toilet would not flush and the homeowner quickly replied to a text saying they would send a plumber over and had it repaired. Not a big deal as there were two other bathrooms to use. There were a few very minor issues that the owner was prompt to respond to. Our boys watched some of the birds and other animals in the marsh that the home backs up to. We had dinner out on the spacious deck and relaxed. It was easy to order an Uber for a ride to/from the concert. While we did some cooking, we were able to utilize DoorDash for several meals as the address was serviced by many restaurants if you don't want to go out. . Overall this was a clean and spacious home that is well maintained and you can see that the owners take pride in this property.

This was our first time in Charleston! Me and three girlfriends had a wonderful time! My friend said, “I feel like I’m in a Nicholas Sparks movie”! The house is beautiful and set in a quaint marshy area. It was very clean and looks just like the pictures. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms were just the right number for the four of us to get ready each day. Highly recommend this place. The owners provided everything we needed…towels, hairdryers, fully stocked kitchen accessories, laundry detergent, etc.

I stayed here with a group of 7 and it could not have been more perfect! This trip was to celebrate my cousin and spend time with friends. My cousin hadn’t a clue where we were taking her (it was a surprise for her) and the second she walked into the home, her jaw dropped! She loved it so much! The rooms were perfect sizes, it was very spacious and there were enough places for all of us girls to get ready. The neighborhood was very nice and felt safe. It was also in a wonderful location! 15-20 mins from pretty much everywhere downtown and about 20-25 mins to Sullivan’s and Shem Creek/Mt.Pleasant. We ended up spending quite a bit of time in the home because it was a rainy weekend and it didn’t bother us one bit because it felt so homey! It was an amazing stay and I highly recommend!

This place has a great location - just 20 minutes from the historic area of the city of Charleston, a walk or bike ride away from restaurants, bars and a brewery and under 30 minutes to some of the main plantations/gardens that we wanted to visit. The house had all we needed to enjoy ourselves. The marsh behind the house was normally very quiet and tranquil. We were disappointed that the marsh was pretty well dried up, but it looks like the water can come up much higher and this likely had to do with the time of year that we traveled and/or lower than average rainfall.

We had a wonderful week at this home. It is located in a great location. There is a great town center down at the end of the street.

We stayed here for a long weekend to enjoy a concert and spend the weekend together exploring Charleston. Your place was just as described and absolutely beautiful. Wonderfully located and provided everything we needed. Owners were great to work with! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We were in town for a wedding in North Charleston and we found this wonderful home. It was very clean, had comfortable beds, and it was walking distance to quite a few restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe. Also, it is only about 25 minutes to the beach. We recommend staying here! Happy travels:)

We went to Charleston for my daughters dance competition and this place was very close. We loved the proximity to the even center as well as park circle. They home was very clean and we had plenty of room for our family! We will look into staying here again next time we are in Charleston.

Super clean home, in a great location. Loved having access to the bikes to get around town. Beds and furniture were all super comfortable. House was very clean. Couldn't ask for more!! Except maybe 2 ply toilet paper :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable, extremely well stocked with essential items, and lovely. Plenty to see in the area and an easy 20 min drive to Charleston. The owners were timely with communication and check-in and out was stress free. Perfect!

This house is beautiful! It's very roomy and comfortable and perfect for a stay in the Charleston area. North Charleston is a fun area as well. Great place!

Property owners were great - responsive to questions prior to the trip and reaching out on check-in day to make sure everything went smoothly and the house was to our liking (it was). The house itself was clean, as advertised, and well stocked with incidentals like toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc. Smaller details like sound machines in rooms and night lights in hall ways were nice to have as well with kids in the house. Location itself is easy access to 26 and a short walk from Holy City Brewery, with a slightly longer walk to all food options along Montague. Overall a great place to stay.

This is the cleanest property I have ever stayed at through VRBO. It really was immaculate and the amount of space was enormous. We were a group of 4 and there was tons of room to relax and spread out. The kitchen had plenty of counterspace if you wanted to cook, but we mostly ate out. The deck overlooking the serene wetlands was such a treat. We saw lots of interesting birds. The location is a fun one in a diverse and eclectic neighborhood. We found so many great shops on the main street and loved the EVO Bakery and the pizza place. Our favorite meal of the whole week was at the Holy City Brewery (2 min from the house). They have covered outdoor seating that overlooks a wetland and the food was fantastic and very affordable. This is a great house to use as a base to explore greater Charleston. We also loved the noise machines in each bedroom! Such a thoughtful and smart touch and we slept so well in the comfy beds!

My childhood friends and I had a wonderful time in Charleston and loved the house. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Would highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! There are eateries nearby, and the location is close to several restaurants that we enjoyed. We could walk to all them as well the breweries and distillery. The house is spacious and well maintained. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there is a BBQ grill. Bikes and beach chairs were provided. I would highly recommend this property to friends.

We enjoyed just about everything in the listing--convenient location, easy/fast check-in, plenty of space, contemporary furnishings--until it was time to turn in for the night. We were shocked to find fresh stains (translucent and gooey, reminiscent of toothpaste) on one of the pillowcases. Spooked, we turned over every bedsheet in the other rooms and decided to put all of them in the washer just in case; unfortunately, that meant we couldn't sleep for at least another hour. I feel this one setback wouldn't stand out so much were it not for the upfront, hefty cleaning fee on our bill. All in all, I'd say to future guests: have fun, just check those linens when you first arrive!
