The area is quiet and friendly! You have plenty of Privacy on the property. There is a bakery, Madina's bar and small grocery store about 2 minutes away. This large home has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and attached private Casita. The Casita has its own kitchen, 1 bedroom that sleeps 2 adults, and a set of bunkbeds suited best for kids or small adults. The entire property is yours! Included are Roku TV in all bedrooms and bar, plunge pool, pool table, darts, evening dance lighting, blue tooth sound speakers, covered outdoor eating area, gas stoves, BBQ, and breathtaking views from the decks! This home is equipped with an automatic backup generator and a water system that provides plenty of water. However, conservation is encouraged as it is an island! You can access the whole house, minus the locked office off the master bedroom, and any locked cabinets. We are not on-site, you may see our property manager or lawn service taking care of the property, we are always available for messaging.
