Additional ground floor theater room with seating for eight including five recliners; perfect for fun family movie nights! Two bunk rooms feature four beds each (2 twins and 2 fulls per room--total of 8 beds) in the bunks. Private pool, with outdoor television, tiki bar, and spacious living areas for the entire family. Home features a Sonos sound system throughout; indoor and outdoor speakers. Upscale furnishings, no detail is overlooked in this home. House Layout: Ground floor features a rec room with full bath, foosball, mini bar with sink and full-size refrigerator and freezer. Theatre room with seating for eight including five recliners. Private custom concrete pool with concrete deck and AstroTurf yard. Shaded tiki bar area with sink and bar seating along with shaded outdoor sofa. Outdoor bathroom with toilet and sink plus outdoor shower in pool area. Outdoor gas grill for barbecuing. Hot tub in pool area. Pool heat is available for an additional fee in the spring and fall. Second floor features three king master suites with private baths and access to either a private balcony or shared deck. A queen suite with private bath and access to shared deck overlooking the pool area. Two built in bunk bed rooms each with private baths. An additional queen sleeper sofa is located in the hallway alcove. Laundry room with two washers and two dryers also on this level. Third floor features kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two kitchen sinks, gas range with commercial hood, microwave, coffee station with two Keurig and two regular coffee makers. Large kitchen island with counter height seating for seven. Large dining table with seating for 20. Living room with 85" wall mounted television, access to the deck overlooking the pool area, powder room. Three king master suites with full baths and deck access are located on the third floor. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen smart televisions for cable or streaming your subscription services. The subdivision is located along the bike/multiuse path in Corolla for ease of transportation in the area as well. We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms). Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event, unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

House was great. Property manager was super responsive and addresses anything in timely fashion. Sunrise over the ocean and sunrise over the sound views from the 3rd floor great room, what’s not to like! It was awesome he pool was shaded most of the afternoon due to orientations we spent morning at the beach, afternoons at the pool and nights back on the beach

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation property with my family, and it was an incredible experience. With a group of 18 people spanning multiple generations, the property was the perfect size to accommodate all of us comfortably. The highlight for the kids was undoubtedly the two bunk rooms, which they absolutely loved. One of the things that stood out to us was that each room had its own bathroom, which made getting ready in the mornings a breeze. The pool and hot tub area provided a fantastic retreat from the beach, allowing us to relax and unwind in a private setting. Speaking of the beach, it was just a short walk away, and we were delighted to find that it wasn't crowded where we set up our spot each day. The house itself was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the responsiveness of the host, Rebecca. Whenever we had any questions or issues, she was just a text away and always ready to help. I particularly appreciated her assistance when I had trouble connecting to the Sonos system. Overall, our stay at this vacation property was nothing short of amazing. It provided us with a wonderful space to create lasting memories with our loved ones. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation rental.

We had an unbelievable amount of fun at this gorgeous location! 18 of us stayed in the house for the entire weekend and this house was plenty comfortable for all of us. We were able to fit 9 vehicles in the driveway easily, with several of them being trucks. The outdoor bar area/pool was the center of attention for the trip where we spent several hours. As a bonus, during the hottest parts of the day the house actually provided shade over the pool to make it very enjoyable. The kitchen area was magnificent and we never felt crowded even with the amount of people we had. It was very nice having the 3 refrigerators in the house because we definitely needed the room. The beach was only a 1 minute walk down the road and we could actually hear the waves crashing at night from the house which was extremely peaceful. I have nothing bad to say about this house and if you have a large party this is definitely the house you want to book. Also, I have to mention how good the property manager was for the duration of our trip. Communication was fast and we were checked on multiple times to make sure everything was to our liking and they made the check in/out super simple. When i come back to the area I will definitely be trying to rent this house again.

Our family of 16 (8 adults and 8 kids) enjoyed every minute at this OBX paradise. Magnificent new home with lots of King beds, and all bedrooms had their own private bath. We spent lots of evenings playing games around the 2 large dining room tables. Large pool with tiki bar area, huge kitchen, 2 washers and 2 dryers, 3 full refrigerators. Two grills and elevator. They didn't miss a thing. The owner had excellent communication and quickly responded to questions. We made memories we will cherish!

This was our families first time visiting the Outer Banks. This property was beautiful and clean. Also had everything we needed. Being off season the weather wasn’t perfect everyday, so having a nice comfortable house was really important. Would totally recommend!

My niece got married and my family stayed at this property. It was amazing. The whole family enjoyed the pool and walking to the beach. The grocery store, which we visited frequently, was within a 7 minute drive. The elevator was a great bonus. Rebecca was an amazing host. She responded to my questions promptly. We had a great time and we will be returning.
