We have very strict rules and guidelines for “events” at this property. Events are defined by multiple items such as party rentals, tables and chairs, tents, catering, musicians, DJ's, etc. We must always be advised if any of this is taking place on the property and all the guests must get prior approval for any and all events and we always charge extra for this option to throw events here. Although you have the property to enjoy to the fullest. We do ask to keep the outside music/noise to a decent volume. During the night hours when there is no traffic, noise/music tends to travel louder and can sometimes be too loud for our neighbors and cause disruption. So for the sake of no complaints please keep it to a minimum.
