($200.00 penalty will be incurred with each beach pass not returned at check out). On premise parking consists of 1 indoor garage spot with remote, 1 driveway spot. 5 overnight street parking permits will also be included for your stay. No parties, no large gatherings and no unregistered overnight guests allowed. No pets allowed. No smoking of any kind or illegal substances allowed on the property.
