Location was great. Close to beach, pool, trolley, restaurants and the food mart. The beach chairs, towels, wagon, washer and dryer was an added bonus. Beds were very comfortable and having soap, shampoo & conditioner, laundry soap, dishwasher soap was so nice.

Short walk to the beach. The pool is beautiful, a little cooler than I hoped for, but still jumped in a number of times. The trolley stop is right by the condo and we took it down to Treasure Island. There is an app that you can use to get a discounted rate. There are many beach items available in the garage including chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. There is plenty of space for everyone. Having a bathroom in both bedrooms was really convenient, along with a half bath on the main floor. It is decorated as shown and it is so cute!
The condo washer did not work and we were told it would be fixed at the start of the stay. It was not fixed and we were given a small discount. There was no toaster, oven mitt, or kitchen towels. After multiple phone calls, the manager did bring us all new. I prefer having a local contact number when staying at rentals
Overall, this is a beautiful condo and we truly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything about the location was great. Close to the beach access and centrally located to attractions and food. The only problem was the cleanliness of the tile floors. Our 10 month old was filthy from her knees to her feet after about 30 seconds of crawling on the floor. Other than that, the rest of the condo was clean. Note: elderly or physically challenged people might have problems with the stairs. The first floor is a garage that is only for storage. There is a flight of stairs to reach the living area and another flight of stairs to reach the bedrooms.

This place was perfect for our week stay in Indian Shores. It’s not even a 5 minute walk to the beach and they provided everything you’d need to take on the beach with you. It has a super cute beachy feel to the place which makes it that much more relaxing. My family and I loved it and hope to rent it again sometime in the near future when we plan our trip back!

the description on the site is not true: the furniture is not new, the condition of the plumbing (faucets) is not very good. I was pleased with the close location to the beach and the silence in the house.

We loved our stay in the condo, it’s cute with tons of beach vibes and the location is perfect, short walk to the beach and near tons of yummy restaurants! Would definitely recommend.

The room was clean and spacious, fit our family of six (4 adults, 2 children) very comfortably. Lots of beach items for you to use. We would definitely book this unit again! Perfectly located between John’s Pass and Clearwater.

My family with three teenagers enjoyed our stay at Indian Shores. You can not find a better location for the price. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the several restaurants, stores and ice cream shops within walking distance. My teenagers also enjoyed a few days by the pool. Indian shores had lots of extra beach supplies in the garage including extra towels! Thanks again for everything! Highly recommended to anyone.

Great Location
My family with three teenagers enjoyed our stay at Indian Shores. You can not find a better location for the price. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the several restaurants, stores and ice cream shops within walking distance. My teenagers also enjoyed a few days by the pool. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants (be sure to try Aloha Dude, LuLu’s, and DJ’s clam shack), the beach access is just diagonal from the condo entrance (with many public entrances close by), and overall the whole area was just the right “speed” for us. We drove over to Clearwater one day for lunch and to enjoy the aquarium(very great experience) and the traffic was 10x as busy. We enjoyed walks everyday on the beach and loved that there were not many large condos and ZERO hotels in this area.
The condo: Perfect size with room to spare. The basement garage can’t be parked in (as posted In the add) but the extra room to put things, the washer and dryer, extra mini fridge, and beach equipment galore was soooo helpful. It was nice being able to come in from the pool or beach and leave all of our sandy wet stuff down there.
The middle level has a comfortable couch (pull out sofa) , a tv with cable and Roku, a couple of games and a puzzle we enjoyed, a functional kitchen with everything you need. The patio had a table and 4 comfortable chairs (side note-we had to move it all away from the edge because our toddler did climb onto the table and could have easily climbed over the railing so be aware!). All of the beach themed decorations were attractive, calming, and not over the top ( sorry to the cleaners- we tucked a few decorations into drawers and cabinets to get them out of reach of the toddler and I just remembered we forgot to pull them back out!).
Upstairs, both bedrooms were a good size with large dressers and l closets. Both closets had a twin mattress in them! We only found one extra set of sheets so I’m not sure what people would use on the pull out sofa but I also didn’t look anywhere other than the two closets for them. We used one twin mattress for our toddler instead of the blow up mattress we brought with us. My 12 YO daughter LOVED having her own space and the “blue room” was great for her with the larger TV and the fact that the curtains darkened the room fairly well. Our room, the “coral room” had the larger bathroom counter, a smaller TV which we didn’t use(we did have to move it off of the small table it was on by the door over to the dresser to remove it from the toddler’s reach), and good sized balcony. Side note, the balcony did not have any furniture and I would have loved to have a few chairs out there . Also, the room did not get as dark as the “blue room” which was hard for the toddler’s nap.
Props to the cleaning crew- I left my wedding band set!! I received a call a few hours after we got back home that the cleaning crew has turned it in. I haven’t received it yet, but the process has been simple so far with Vacasa. Fingers crossed.

Townhome close to everything. This unit was situated in a nice quiet spot, which is crucial to us for a good nights sleep. Condo was clean, but carpet should be replaced. Overall our stay was pleasant.
