This renovated property is very well done. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions or issues. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to anywhere in the area. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful location for a short or long stay in Venice FL. The condo is nicely appointed with all the amenities needed for a FL vacation near the beach. The location is ideal, as it's only 4 miles to Venice Beach and the historic downtown. Additionally, there are a couple of small plazas within a 3 minute walk that house 2 pizza parlors, a cafe, a small grocery store and butcher, 3 hair salons and nail salon. The neighborhood is very nice and safe yet easily accessible from both US 41 and I-75. Owners Chris and Agata are wonderful and readily available if needed. I highly recommend this condo and I will definitely stay again! Betty from MA
