These bedrooms share a modern bath with a shower/tub combination. This home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds, as there is a queen sofa bed in the great room. With an air mattress (which you can rent separately) this home sleeps a maximum of 8.And of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens to ensure your every comfort. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer for your convenience, WIFI and cable, and 1 garage parking space. There is very, very limited additional parking here. This home has easy oceanfront, pier, and park access as well as to all sorts of sea and land based activities. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY: No smoking is allowed inside or outside this property ‚Äì NO EXCEPTIONS! This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. This unit is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a Security Deposit. DRE: 02160171' If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. This is a great location with many things to do in walking distance. Parking is really the only problem if you have more than one vehicle but overall great little place.

This property was great! Perfect location for shopping, walking, restaurants. Loved how close we were to the beach. The beach was clean and beautiful. The family had a great time and we will be ready to go back again soon!

Great location! Our family had a great time staying at this condo. Easy steps to the beach, beach playground, fun zone/ferry, Balboa pier & restaurants. Right on the bike path so we could easily ride to the Newport pier area or down to the Wedge. The condo was clean & had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

The place was clean and roomy enough for our party of 8. The extra fans were helpful to cool off! One chair was missing a screw and broke as I sat on it. Otherwise everything was perfect. Very quick walk to the beach. They even had beach chairs to borrow! Would love to stay again!

Cute little place. It’s a two bedroom but slept our family of 8 just fine. (2 adults and 6 kids) and location couldn’t be better. Two minute walk to the beach and family friendly. 10/10 would recommend :)

This is our second one month stay at this property. We love the location, next to a large park and then the sand and Balboa pier. Unit was very clean and quiet. Several fine restaurants are within a short walk.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was just what we were looking for at that price point. It was a very short walk to the beach and nice food spots while still being nice and quiet at night due to facing away from the pier and walkways (note: this unit does not have a beach view). This unit is above the garage, so you don't have to worry about other guests being above or under you. Was nice to have a close-door garage, a laundry machine, blow dryer, some toiletries, and lots of towels and fans were provided. The bedding was soft as well. My only complaint is that there are some things that could have been in slightly better repair, like some outlets, loose baseboards, as well as maybe black out blinds in the main bedroom and less fluorescent lighting in both bedrooms. But overall, great stay, check in and check out was smooth, and Vacasa responded to any questions I had during our stay. Very helpful and lovely.

Great location. Very convenient to the beach and Balboa Fun Zone area. Having a garage space was also very nice. However, the unit gets unbearably hot. Even with windows and doors open and fans on, it does not cool off much. It was 90° inside when we came home from the beach one day, while outdoor temps were only low 80s. There were also ants everywhere. I’m assuming it’s a regular problem as there was Raid under the counter but they were all over the kitchen counter, floors, everywhere. It felt gross and dirty. Lastly, the unit did not have enough bedding for all beds. The couch was unusable because there wasn’t any bedding left for it.

Location was excellent; a 2 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk. Unfortunately, the property’s furniture was less than desirable. Couches were stained, bathrooms were not perfectly spotless and it is not sound proofed. This unit is above 3 car garage. In addition, there was contstruction in the driveway area and park which steps away. This information was not disclosed by VRBO or Vacasa (Managing company). Disappointing.

When we first got there everything looked clean. At night I almost got in bed with the lights off, but I’m terrified of spiders so I turned on the light and pulled back the covers. What I found was way worse than a spider - the sheets were covered in dog hair, human hair, crumbs and dirt. I took a video and everyone I show is disgusted. It wasn’t a few hairs, it looked like a teenager and a dog had lived in that bed for a month without being washed. I was exhausted so I thought I would sleep on top of the bed and use the spare comforter in the closet. I get it down and it is filthy. It’s covered in dirt and period blood. I ended up sleeping with beach towels. I was freezing all night long. The next morning I texted the number that Seabreeze says to call or text to say that I need clean bedding. I still have not gotten a response on the text thread several days and texts later. I finally called the number and spoke to someone that assured me that I would be hearing from the property manager and that I would get new bedding. Five hours later someone came to change the sheets. Property manager never called, so I called again the next day and once again was assured the property manager would call me. That was yesterday. Still no call. If you decide to stay here, make sure to check the sheets when you get there.

Only a few steps to the boardwalk and beach, this 2 bedroom (Queen) 2 bath apartment is clean and tidy and very comfortable. It’s in a great location for spending time on the beach, the boardwalk, taking the ferry to Balboa Island, the wedge, or just enjoying the Newport Beach area. It’s also right next to the Balboa Pier so we ate at Ruby’s Diner for breakfast twice. Really fun diner with classic diner fare. The apartment owner was great to work with and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only improvement I would suggest is a rug inside the door for taking off shoes and a couple of throw blankets on the couches for watching TV on chilly nights. These aren’t necessities (the apartment is well stocked with necessities), but would be nice to have.

We had a great time here and the location was perfect! Everything was clean as well. The only problem we had was that the garage key pad wouldn't open the garage so we would have to go around to the side door to open it.

We loved staying at this property. It was perfect for my husband and I, as well as another couple. We were so close to everything we needed, and home had many great amenities. We would definitely love to stay here again.

This house is in a great location. Easy access to the beach. Has a garage for parking, which was nice. This place had everything we need but wasn’t very well stocked with soap or toiletries. We stayed a week and had to go to the store after 3 day to get more soap and toilet paper.

This place was perfect in terms of location. A few minutes walking to the beach. And lots of cute shops near by and places to eat. The condo was simple. Shared laundry room. 2 washers and 2 dryers, and a dishwasher. The parking spot is extremely small. I do not recommend if you have an SUV. Street parking is hard to find. There is meter parking with park mobile. The door handles are the long type, so if you have toddlers they are very easy to open. Overall we had a great time and would stay again. The beds by the way were extremely comfortable.

This unit has NO view of the ocean, it is located on the back side of the unit and does not have a balcony but you walk down the stairs and look left the boardwalk and ocean is right there. We could not get the garage door to open and called Vacasa and they said they would would have the onsite manager get a hold of us to fix it. Never called or showed up so we had to pay for parking for our entire stay. The area is so nice would definitely stay again!

There is a parking spot in a garage but other neighbors kept illegally parking in the alley, making it impossible for us to get in and out- and there is nothing you can do about it. So that was the biggest frustration. Otherwise it was great!

Location was perfect
We rented out unit A and C for our family reunion. Both units were perfect to be able to spend time with everyone on the front patio was great. Having large grass area in front of the hame was perfect for the kids to play and still only steps away from the beach.

Wonderful Location
Condo has been painted and updated. It is 50 ft from the Boardwalk and a short walk to the Balboa pier. We would stay here again.

Great location, but the property needs some upgrades. Overall pretty filthy. Junk piled up in our garage spot had to be moved, couches were stained and smelly, not even a fitted sheet on the mattress. But the beach was nice.

Overall good stay property was ready for check in early and very easy to find. Great location close to the pier and shopping! Nice park with playground out front :) Washer & dryer a plus. Only slightly negative would be fabric couches which showed a little wear and tear the pullout bed not soo comfy but to be expected lol!!! Would stay again!
