The cottage was wonderful. Had everything we needed. Easy to find and park. Very clean and comfortable. Jayson was exceptional at communicating with me. We would definitely stay there again.

The review title says if all but I’ll elaborate. From the moment we booked our stay, the host was helpful and easy to work with. Walking into the house, everything you could imagine needing was there and more. This will definitely be our go to place for USM weekends

My husband, me and our small kids needing a quick overnight spot on our way to the beach. This rental was perfect. It was very clean, easy to find and communication with Jayson was very easy. We found the price to be more affordable than a hotel and much more comfortable. Will stay again if we are in Hattiesburg!

Such a cute and clean rental I loved this property! So close to everything too! I would definitely book this house again for a trip to Hattiesburg!!

This little cottage was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in Hattiesburg. It was practically right around the corner from where my Sister-in-law lives. As far as cleanliness, it was immaculate!. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. This owner thought of everything you might need to give you a stress-free stay. There were fresh muffins and granola bars waiting for us in the kitchen on our arrival after traveling most of the day. The living room has a comfortable chair and sofa. The bedroom closet is equipped with plenty of hangers and a basket to keep your dirty clothes. My husband and I have taken quite a few train trips so we enjoyed hearing the sounds of the trains and train whistles. Jayson replied to my questions promptly, so communication with this host is excellent. I would highly recommend renting from Jayson if you find yourself in Hattiesburg. We would definitely stay here again.
