Each of the two bedrooms boasts a brand-new queen-size memory foam mattress, luxury linens, plus extra blankets and pillows. Keep the room cozy for sleeping in with mini blinds and new curtains on every window. In each closet you’ll find hangers for your clothing and a luggage rack for your suitcase. An iron and ironing board are available for your use. The centrally-located bathroom features a shower/tub, a vanity, and a hairdryer, plus shampoo, soap, and conditioner. In the kitchen, you’ll find a dine-in bar perfect for working from home, a dishwasher, gas range, microwave, dinnerware for 12 people, fully-stocked kitchen tools including a toaster, drip coffee maker, French press, and whistling tea kettle. Ground coffee and filters are provided. Brand-new stainless steel pots and pans, sharp knives, mixing bowls, cutting boards, and baking dishes and sheets are among the many tools available for your use. Foil, plastic wrap, parchment paper, and various sizes of zip-top bags are provided. Need to do some laundry during your trip? We have a brand-new Whirlpool washer and dryer in the basement for your use, complete with detergent and eco-friendly wool dryer balls. Our goal for this home is to provide you with everything you need to make this a comfortable home away from home. We aim to provide our guests with total privacy during their stay. You’ll check in yourself using a keypad and we’ll provide all other necessary information prior to your arrival. This includes a welcome which you’ll receive digitally after booking, and a hardcopy is available for your reference in the house. We’re available via text, phone, or Airbnb message and we aim to provide thorough, helpful responses and solve any issues right away. Conveniently located in Rolla, you’re a 15-minute walk to Missouri S&T or the shops and restaurants on Pine Street. Just 30 minutes to Fort Leonard Wood by way of I-44, and only a 15-minute drive from Fugitive Beach. Ber Juan Park is a few blocks away and it features many wooded walking trails for a morning stroll or afternoon jog. While a car is the best way to get around in Rolla, many areas are walkable and we have cab companies too. There is a Minut home sensor inside the house to monitor noise and guest occupancy. The sensor does not perform any recording of any kind so your privacy is always protected. The sensor works by detecting noise levels and sending a notification to the host when the noise level exceeds the threshold. When this happens, the host will message you to ask that you return the noise to a level that is comfortable for the neighborhood. The occupancy monitoring works by detecting the number of bluetooth devices present in the home. This is to prevent parties and large gatherings, which are not allowed in this home. In order to prevent damage, we kindly request that NOTHING is flushed down the toilet other than toilet paper and regular human waste. PLEASE, no baby wipes or feminine hygiene products (even if they say FLUSHABLE -- do not flush them) or any other material other than human waste and the provided toilet paper. Thank you for your attention to this sensitive issue. Check-in and checkout times: Check in time is at your convenience, anytime after 4 pm. Check out time is 11 am. If you need a late checkout, we are happy to accommodate these requests up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival (preferably at the time of booking) for the fee of $25 per hour. Sorry, we are not able to accommodate late checkout requests made within 24 hours of checkout. We are unable to guarantee early check-in times as we are often cleaning up after the previous guests up until your arrival time. If you’d like to drop your bags, we can accommodate this after 12:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Upon request, we also can message you when the property is clean and ready for you. Unplanned late checkouts will be charged $50 per hour. We’ll give you a 10 minute grace period before the charge is incurred. While this may seem strict, we’re just passing on the charges we incur from our cleaning team when they have to wait for you to depart before they can begin cleaning (they are very prompt).
