Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed. *The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.

The house was bigger than the pictures depicted, we had more than enough room for the five adults and 10 children. We chose to heat the pool which was perfect for the younger swimmers, and the quick, less than two min, walk to the beach was just right for the teens. We loved the location due to the ease of getting to the beach, even though it wasn’t “water front” it was perfectly close and still offered some sense of privacy. Very family friendly location

Bedroom layout should have some bunk beds other then that house very sufficient for our needs

The house was very dirty. The grout on the kitchen and bathroom floor was BLACK! The kitchen was poorly stocked and what was there was of poor quality. The house was suppose to sleep 16-18 people and there is no way the kitchen could have properly prepared meals for that many. The bathroom rugs were not cleaned in between guests. Disgusting!!
