We thought the views from the home were great. We actually enjoyed a slow morning just sitting out on the balcony enjoying it. The house was 10 minutes from the bay with all snorkel tours and 10 minutes from the restaurants we chose. We would definitely stay here again.

Great neighborhood! Great space in the house for 7 and still could get quite time when needed. Would recommend and stay there again. Air conditioning in bedrooms was a plus. Views were great. Only surprise was how steep driveway was but manageable.

Perfect for the 4 of us but would be good for 6 to 8 peeps. Beds were comfortable and the AC in the bedrooms a big plus! The dishwasher wasn't working but they had someone out the next day to take a look. There were a few things like a chair in the living room area that could be replaced but the view from the decks.....amazing! We would stay again.

We loved this spacious home! The kid room is bigger than expected and so was the upper floor living area and master. Fire pit out back is fun and of course amazing views from both lanais and the back yard! We didn’t notice as many bugs here as other places we’ve stayed in Hawaii—they must be very active about spraying. A couple roaches, no big deal. Furniture is mostly good but one chair was broken so it made a loud noise when you sit down. We were also wishing for one more seat in the main living area since it doesn’t comfortably seat 5.

Had good space for my 2 y.o. daughter to play + toddler friendly items (dishes, packnplay) etc. The driveway is no joke! Incredibly steep but the car did just fine. Biggest disappointment was how dirty porch was. Wanted to spend time playing outside but the amount of bird poop was shocking. Given their no shoes in the house rule, it made it difficult to fully enjoy the porch. Always had to track down shoes before stepping onto the dirty deck.

Were happy with the villa, suited perfectly for use (4 adults, 2 children). Well furnished, beach equipment available, calm neighbourhood and nice sunsets. Driveway wasn’t compatible with our Chrysler Pacifica (bumper scratched on the ground)

Our family of 6 had a great stay. It was a last minute booking as we didn't love where we were staying for 2 nights before. Everything was clean and in order. There was enough room for everyone to sleeep. The location was perfect! Close to everything Kona had to offer.

Views are amazing. This house is spacious and very well equipped. Very comfortable. There is air conditioning but not needed while we were there. You are up on a hill and it is much cooler than down below at sea level. I would happily stay here again. There are many more positives than negatives but to be a fair review I will address both positive and negative. The door locking system is frustrating. Getting in is easy, use a code. Trying to figure out if the doors are locked while you are inside (going to bed) is puzzling. You can turn the deadbolt but you can't tell if the door is locked because it always opens from the inside regardless. And the sliding door leading out onto the deck in the master bedroom has no latch, at all. A very big 2x4 is used to secure the door, which can be un wieldy apparently because the glass door was already cracked on our arrival. I would not let either of these things stop me from staying here, but it would be nice if they were addressed .

Perfect location. Gorgeous view. The house is on the same street as the local walking/biking trail. Quiet. Loved the beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach shoes and cooler that comes with the house. Super handy having it all there to use. Clean comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen.
