Several updates recently done to this 3rd floor (top floor end unit), 2BR/2BA condo with partial views of the 5th hole on Arrowhead Golf Course. New granite countertops, luxury vinyl flooring, washer and dryer. All new furniture in bedrooms (firm mattresses), living room and dining area. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Beach chairs are also available for guest use. Riverwalk at Arrowhead is one of the quietest communities in Myrtle Beach. Sit on the outside deck and listen to the golfers hit off the tee. Take a short stroll on The Riverwalk for a nice view of the boats sailing the Intracoastal Waterway. There is an indoor pool, two outdoor pools, grill areas and a small gym available for guests to enjoy. I cant even express how wonderful this condo was. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, the area was wonderful, the view was beautiful, the neighbors were friendly, everyone said hello or waved, it was just a wonderful stay. We definitely will be staying here next time we're in the myrtle beach area. Our experience here was perfection. Communication with the host was prompt, check in was super easy. The condo is so cute and cozy, spacious, and was quiet at bedtime. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for us to stay, while we were in town for my sons baseball tournament.

We were in town visiting our daughter at CCU. This condo is one of the best we have stayed in. The unit was very comfortable, well equipped and quiet. You can even see the waterway from the balcony!

Overall, we loved the condo and it’s location. The condo is on a golf course, and feels very safe. We enjoyed being able to sit on the back porch in the mornings.

This property was wonderful. The photos are nice but they do not do the property justice! It was clean, well taken care of and comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful but not too far from anything you would want to do! We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Grand Park and that was about 15 minutes away.
The state park pass was awesome, we used this many times and it was such a nice perk! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for clean, comfortable and quiet.

The condo was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The owners communicated all the information in a timely manner. The location was nice because it was quiet and pretty but also close to restaurants, shopping and other things to do in the Myrtle Beach and Surfside area. It was nice to have the towels and linens included and the beds made when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo for a week. I have stayed in many places over the past few years following my son and his baseball team. I have not stayed anywhere nicer, cleaner, or quieter. The accommodations are perfect. The extras, like a beach pass or a thoughtfully placed detergent pod are outstanding. And Sharon and Livio are gracious hosts. A five star all the way.

What a wonderful place to stay! We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this is by far one of the best. We were in town to share with family for Thanksgiving. It is beautifully decorated, super clean and updated. All that you could need for your trip is there. The kitchen is well stocked and large. We had three adults staying there and had family come thru to visit who had a 3 and 7 year old. They all enjoyed the open floor plan and spacious living area. The grounds are well kept and we really enjoyed walking along the golf course and waterway. The view from the third floor deck is beautiful and relaxing. The kids loved seeing boats go by. Sharon is a super responsive host who wants to be sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest. There is plenty of parking and the area is very quiet. Close to everything. We will be coming back for sure! Sharon and Livio were absolutely amazing with responding to questions I had throughout the entire trip! They were quick to respond and super helpful with everything. The only thing I would recommend are mattress toppers, the beds were a little hard, but other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Great place! Very clean! The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had! Also proactive with coupons and added bonus ideas of state park passes! I really enjoy staying here! Spent lots of time on the balcony, which was very serene!

We had a great stay at this property and would highly recommend it to others staying in the Myrtle Beach area. An added perk was the Myrtle Beach State Park pass which the hosts provided free of charge. The park provides access to hiking trails and a beach away from the crowds, which we loved!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful apartment overlooking the Arrowhead golf course. We enjoyed lovely walks in the morning and were able to cook a fabulous home cook meal while we were there. There are 3 pools close by. One had just enough shade to spend quality time with our 19-month-year-old niece. there is also a covered screened pool and another where there is just enough sun for sun lovers.

We really love the condo!!! It was VERY clean and had all the amenities we needed. The only thing I would suggest is a full length mirror. Even though it was further out of the places we go to from previous places we had stayed, I would stay there again.

Very clean and comfortable property with necessary items (chairs, umbrellas, towels) for visiting the beach. Owners were very responsive to any issues that came up due our stay. We were visiting for softball and property was very convenient for accessing Grand Park.

Wonderful clean space
Very spacious! Four of us could spread out. Good location to the Ripken ball fields that our son was playing on! Quiet area through a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay again if we came out this way again. Owners were nice and quick to respond to questions.

This Condo at RiverWalk was awesome!
This Condo was so clean, updated, open and airy! The location was great for us and the price was worth every penny. It didn’t bother us a bit to walk upstairs to the third level of Condos. Once you enter the front door and the cool air conditioning hits your face and you see the big open kitchen - living room, your happy! It’s so nice to have a well appointed kitchen, a washer and dryer and a perfectly brand new heating and air system. I spent many morning and evening hours out on the deck watching boats go by. When golfers come through you hardly notice because of the giant stand of trees between you and the course. We especially appreciated the State Park Pass, beach chairs and even a cooler they have for guests to use. You don’t need anything but your suitcase of personal items. Also parking was plentiful and folks we met in our building and at the pool were very delightful!
