About this condo rental
This first floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo has a spectacular golf course view. It is located in the community of Ocean Village and only minutes from our private beach. It has tile throughout, updated furnishings, a flat screen TV in both the living room and bedroom, a pullout sofa sleeper allowing you to sleep 4 in this unit, a large patio with a patio set overlooking the golf course and pond, a king size bed, a walk-in shower and an extra vanity with sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, and utensils. There is also a fully stocked linen closet, so you won’t need to bring a thing. The closet includes everything you will need for the beach! We also provide high-speed WiFi, Direct TV with DVR, washer/dryer, beach chairs and towels are all included. Many amenities to choose from are: a nine-hole executive golf course, four swimming pools, bocce ball, pickle ball, Tiki Bar, full restaurant and sports bar with daily happy hour on the ocean, tennis, work out facility & shuffleboard. The community has a 24-hr. manned security gate. There is a seven night minimum stay here. Free Parking! ( MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY FROM JANUARY-MARCH) Over 1/2 Mile of Pristine Beaches Gated Community -24 Hour Security 9 Hole - Par 3 Executive Golf Course 4 Heated Pools (tiki pool is currently under construction)

The condo and host were spectacular; location was key for us near pool and beach with all necessities you need for some R&R in the sun. Close to restaurantswhether it waa dinner or appetizers & drinks.

2 weeks during Christmas break. Enjoyed coffee on the patio listening to the waves. (Just over the berm beyond the 9th hole in your backyard)
Walking distance to the Restaurant and Tiki bar. Really great food! Pools we nice and we always got seating. Pickle ball and tennis were a big hit there with teams lined up to play. Very family oriented community.

Lavinia was a SUPER HOST... we loved her place and she was very attentive to our needs/concerns. We wanted to stay longer but she was booked. We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Villa and Property
Everything about our stay was terrific. Rental owner and property personnel were awesome. Would definitely rent this unit again. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped with anything that we could have possibly needed to enjoy our stay!

Spent 8 days in this location and thoroughly enjoyed this well equipped place with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. I really liked the security of Ocean Villages, especially when traveling alone. Thanks again and I will be back! A great location on the beach!!

The unit was clean, comfortable and nice to get to after a long day of exploring Ft Pierce and Vero Beach.
There’s a nice view of the golf course and not a lot of movement or noise from the neighbors. The selling point for me was accessibility to the beach! You could either drive or walk to the beach and there’s all sorts of supplies (chairs, towels, etc.)
Since we stayed for almost 2 weeks, we did laundry and cooked meals. Lavinia provided the necessary utensils, appliances and basics like salt and pepper. I suggest making a quick run to Publix on US-1 beforehand to ensure you have water (if you prefer bottled) to stay hydrated or for your coffee. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone that is looking for a quiet and safe place for your beachy getaway.
