Situated in Norfolk, this lovely house for R 2,725 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Nestled in Ocean View Community of Norfolk. This is a beautifully decorated duplex with two fully independent units. This home serves as the perfect gateway for you to enjoy your vacation with a short 3-minute walk to the beach. Each separate unit of the duplex is 1500 sq ft and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, easily sleeping 8 guests. In addition to the ocean and beach activities, Bush Gardens, Williamsburg is a 45 min drive away. Virginia Beach is 32 minutes away. Each unit comes with 4 free parking spaces. Check -in:after 4 PM Check-out:11 AM 1. No smoking, vaping, or hookahs allowed. MARIJUANA is strictly prohibited. These activities will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE and immediate cancellation of your reservation. You will have to leave immediately. 2. No Pets allowed. 3. No Parties or events allowed. Please note that security cameras are on the porch and driveway. Any party or event will be monitored. Parties will result in a NON - REFUNDABLE and immediate cancellation of your reservation. You will have to leave immediately. 4. Keep voice, music, and noise to a minimum level after 10 pm. 5. You must be at least 23 years or older in order to book the property. 6. All used dishes must be washed before check out. 7. Extra fee may apply for checking out after 11 am.

As others have commented, the neighborhood feels a bit sketchy but no issues, other than the pot smell from next door. The house is super clean and the host was very accommodating and helpful when needed. Great stay!

The instructions provided by the host ahead of the stay were very clear and made our check-in process seamless. The property was incredibly clean and matched the listing.
This property was also very conveniently located! It was maybe 10min from the airport and local highways were easily accessible. Communication from the host throughout our stay was great, and I'd highly recommend this property!

My family loved our stay here! FIrst let's address the neighborhood. Yes it seems a little sketchy, there are some low income housing options next door and we did have a few "neighbors" walk through the front yard on their way to the corner store, but everyone we encountered was friendly and we never felt unsafe. I walked by myself to the corner store several times late at night to grab snacks for our crew. Now moving on, the proximity to the beach is excellent, only a block and a half a way. The house is roomy, well stocked with supplies, large capacity washer and dryer, cute back deck and tree shaded yard. The included drinks, coffee pods, and snacks were a sweet touch. We found a great pizza option nearby at Regino's but they don't deliver. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I met up with our family for a US Navy promotion ceremony in Norfolk. The house was clean and comfortable and close to restaurants, shops and especially the beach. (2 block walk) The owner was very kind and stocked the house with snacks and a full pallet of water which came in handy. The house could sleep 9 (5 beds). Like an earlier reviewer commented, the house is in an area in transition. (Lovely beach houses next to some scruffy apartment buildings) But the neighborhood was safe and the house was a great base for our time in Norfolk. We will miss our twice daily walks on the beach.

Property was very clean as others have noted. The communication with the host was great and she was very responsive. Many nice little touches such as a welcome basket, lots of water bottles, beach umbrella and chairs, etc...Beyond the nearby beach, easy access to VA beach and Norfolk attractions. Great experience.

What a lovely beach home warmly decorated and furnished. We had a great girls weekend and wanted for nothing. The host provided coffee and snacks upon our arrival, a clean welcoming home. She provided towels and beach chairs for our nearby beach adventures. Thank you so much we will return.

The first thing I noticed when I walked into this rental was how clean it was. It smelled clean, looked clean, and was clean. All the rooms are spacious and the house was stocked and equipped with everything we could imagine needing for the weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and the very short walk to the secluded and peaceful beach was even easier than expected.
The drive to VA Beach was easy, but there are plenty of great restaurants within a mile or two of the house as well. I would definitely like to book this house again for our next trip to VA Beach/Norfolk.

Five family members stayed two nights to attend my son’s graduation. The house was exactly as pictured in the photographs. Clean with comfortable beds and nice linens in each room. The towels were even folded on the beds to look like kissing swans. . The two bathrooms had great showers with plenty of hot water which is important when sharing with several people. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cups and a good selection of pots and pans. Keurig with plenty of pods. The neighborhood is in transition, but we had no issues. The house is an easy walk to the beach and to Karla’s for breakfast, and a short drive to some nice places to eat. The host checked to make sure all was going well. All members of our group were quite happy with this house.

We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my Goddaughter's birthday. It was clean and the owner welcomed us with drinks and balloons and a birthday card. She was very sweet and helpful. The only thing I recommended was having a TV in the bedroom the adults shared because the kids took over the TV in the living room. We also got in really late so it was hard to find anything that was open but we made it work for the night and took the kids out to eat in the morning. I wish we could have stayed longer to go to the beach. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Booking, checking in, and communication was a breeze! It was perfect for our function, steps away from the beach (which is great for having a small child!), and the hostess had the house set up and prepared when we arrived - so much kindness and thoughtfulness in what was provided as well as the communication to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. Definitely a hidden treasure that is tucked away, but ideal in so many ways!

This house was exactly as advertised- clean, comfortable, spacious, and super close to the beach! Very close to the airport, very close to great restaurants, and we loved that we felt comfortable walking to and from the beach alone if one of us needed to go back for something! The provided beach items were so helpful, and the kitchen was VERY well stocked! The house felt like an actual home with the added bonus of being close to the beach, and was just the perfect choice for our annual girls' weekend!

I rented this home as a surprise get together for my husbands birthday. I wanted a place near the beach that could accommodate 3 couples. This home was perfect. The 3-minute proximity to the beach is no exaggeration 😊. The home itself is spotless and has anything and everything you may need! The home owner is amazing, easy to communicate with, considerate and beyond accommodating. Check In was quick and easy, the owner even provided water, soda and snacks! The beds are very comfortable, the towels and linen are soft 😊! I know I may be rambling a bit but this was truly a very enjoyable experience. Spending time in this home was a joy and I only wish I had more time to spend with the friends who came to share this special weekend.

We had a family wedding we were in town for and this home accommodated 8 of us (adults) perfectly. We stay at VRBOs frequently and the host was the best we've ever had. She was thorough and detailed in the check-in information and was extremely responsive. She checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. The house was immaculately cleaned and well stocked. The host even provided us with little extras such as snacks, soda, and water. The furnishings are new and comfortable and well decorated. We never felt cramped or crowded as the living space is open and well designed. The beach is an easy and quick 1 block walk and the drive to nearby places and restaurants is very convenient. The airport is literally 10 minutes away. We could not have asked for more and would highly recommend this place. Thank you for helping make our family weekend comfortable!

So to start, the house was great and the location is a 2 minute walk to the beach which was never super busy. The house interior was superb. It's a duplex but we never heard anything from the neighbors. The host was amazing. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They stock the fridge with drinks and the counter with snacks. They provided bottled water for the entire week we were there. They brought us kitchen utensils when needed and even brought us donuts one morning. To top it all off, the manager texted us multiple times a day to ask if we were enjoying our stay and if anything could be done. Check in/out was extremely easy. I felt very well taken care of. We will most definitely be coming back for our next beach vacation. Thanks again!

We visited the area for 4 nights. There were 9 of us (2 families). The hosts were amazing. They answered texts immediately, they left us snacks, soda and 2 cases of water. They delivered ice cream and donuts. The house was immaculate. We would absolutely recommend booking this house for your next vacation to the beach.

Home was clean and fully stocked with everything you could need while on your beach vacation. Host was responsive, reliable, and accommodating. Our family of four was comfortable and able to relax the entire stay. Beach was inviting and we recommend Karlas beach house for breakfast.

Absolutely a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was good - every time I had a question, they responded within minutes. The house was clean and fully stocked with water, soda, snacks, and all toiletries. Walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes max? Ample parking (long driveway can accommodate about 4 mid size SUVs). Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, nice host, good location. The only thing is that neighbor had music too loud at night until late. It didn’t bother us once we are inside the house but for older people that might be a problem.

My family of five recently stayed at this property to enjoy the beach and neighboring sites. The host was amazing! Check in was simple, the home was well cleaned and the host left a case of water, soda and snacks for our family. Both bathrooms had soap, in addition to the laundry and kitchen. We really didn’t have to bring anything extra. I appreciated how the host checked in with us throughout our week, via text, to see if we needed anything. We had a great week, and would stay here again. On a side note, we loved the city of Norfolk, especially the Naval museum.

This is a very nice house to stay at for vacation it looks exactly like the pictures. It was super clean and they provide any accommodations you may need. The beds were very comfortable. The only small issue that someone may have is the apartments next door are a bit loud at night. Other than that the actual house and host were amazing!

The house was amazing! Updated and better than the pictures! Everything was super clean! The host responded quickly with any question we had and went out of their way to make our stay amazing (even left the mothers in my family flowers and a card for Mother’s Day). The house was a short walk to the beach (approx. 2 minutes). Our family enjoyed the house during our stay and will definitely stay again for our next trip to the area!! This house was a great find!!
