This home is designed for the perfect vacation. As you enter you will see great pride was taken in picking out every item in this home to ensure a home away from home experience. Open kitchen design allows for the chef of the family to prepare any meal while still being part of the group. Kitchen is well stocked with the essentials and so much more. This WATERFRONT HEATED pool home is spacious with a game room and a liana with ceiling fans making your morning drink of choice or afternoon cocktail extra special to enjoy. My Happy Place is nestled right in the middle of an array of restaurants, shopping, local attractions and 1 and a half blocks from the beach. Cocoa Beach has continuous sidewalk road share lanes to all the attractions and Cottage Row. PLEASE READ: To ensure housekeeping has enough time to complete our extensive housekeeping protocols (clean, disinfect and sanitize); we currently cannot offer early check in or late checkout. We offer self check in with an electronic lock system. We will email you your code one week prior to arrival. We are here to ensure a worry-free booking process. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved relaxing out by the pool and being able to walk to so many places!

This was the perfect stay with plenty of room for 6 adults. The location is great, close to shops, restaurants and the beach! The pool and screened porch were definitely our favorite spots to hang out. Clean and well supplied with everything we would need!

We had everything that was needed. Plenty of room. Clean. Pool towels and chairs. Thank you for calling the pool service company. They were prompt in getting the heater working. Location was great. Close to everything. We’d definitely recommend this lovely home.

The property was very nice and close to a lot! Check-in and out was smooth. The pool was on the chilly side but it wasn’t terribly warm when we were there. Neighborhood was quiet and the views out back were exceptional to enjoy your morning coffee.

Comfortable home with plenty of space for our family of 5. Conveniently located close to the beach and the Publix grocery store. Beautiful Traveler's Palms and plants in the back yard, and lovely view being on the water. Had a pleasant surprise one morning when dolphins visited us at the dock. Pool is sufficiently deep. Kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, and there is an outdoor grill. All staff associated with the home were very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

The house and property was perfect for our vacation. Perfect location, close to everything. Private. Loved the decor. We had plenty of room in the house to be comfortable and have our own space when needed. All amenities, wonderful. The pool was awesome. We loved it. Definitely a plus with grandchildren. We really enjoyed the screen porch, pool and dock. Enjoyed morning on the dock, seeing different birds and the dolphins visited. They came right up to the dock. Amazing!
Fishing from the dock, caught and released small cat fish. So much fun. A great vacation home. Family memories were made that will last a lifetime. Definitely will visit again.

Property is spacious and immaculate. Kitchen very well supplied; screen porch lovely. Lots of room for 4 people. Furnishings are some of the least "rental" we have experienced: upholstered sofas, high quality bedding, attractive rugs etc. We did have a problem with master bath sink: stopper was non existent and, as a 5'3" person, I could barely wash my face over the sink. Had to get a chair to kneel on! Also, lack of mirror anywhere in master bedroom was very noticeable and forced me to buy a small mirror for contact lens and makeup. But we loved the house and location: could walk almost everywhere which was important for us. Being on the canal was wonderful: son in law did a lot of fishing. Despite the master bedroom issues, we would highly recommend this property.

We came to see space x 5 launch. Family from around the country all enjoyed our stay. Loved the pool and beach. Saw an atlas rocket launch from the beach. Also, close to KSC for the space x 5 launch.

This is a beautiful, clean house with everything you need included, like a beach wagon, cooler, and pool floaties. It is in a central location close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The pool is large.

Fabulous property!
We had such a great stay. This property was exactly what we were looking for. Absolutely loved being on a canal and only having a 30 second drive across the street to the beach. The only complaint is the one small “ orange” bedroom does not get much A/C flow, and both bathroom sink drains run slow. Maybe I missed this information in the rental add- but we had no idea there was a storage cabinet outside with lots of pool stuff and beach chairs, an umbrella and even a wagon. We would not have brought all our own stuff. Otherwise we absolutely loved it and will for sure stay here again!

We chose this property because we wanted to use our inflatable kayaks. It was perfect for that purpose. The dock was in excellent condition, and getting into and out of the kayak was very easy.
The outdoor area generally was excellent. The BBQ was clean and worked well ! Lovely dining area in the covered porch. We never ate at the dining table inside.
The kitchen was excellent, with numerous utensils, pots and pans, coffee makers, 4-slice toaster, etc, etc. The lighting was a little difficult to figure out, but we got there in the end.
The Master bedroom was very large and comfortable.
The second and third bedrooms were not receiving air conditioning, nor was the shared bathroom, and so that made the stay more than a little uncomfortable. However, the Property managers handled the situation as best they could. Thank you Janice and Autumn !

We chose this property because we wanted to use our inflatable kayaks. It was perfect for that purpose. The dock was in excellent condition, and getting into and out of the kayak was very easy.

This was the ideal property for us to bring our boat to. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The home was lovely and everything was well thought out. We look forward to booking this property next time we travel to the area
