The dining area has both bar seating for four and a dining table with lake views that easily accommodates six people. The main floor is complete with a master suite, powder room and laundry room. The master suite includes a queen bed and a large master bath with jetted tub and shower. Outdoor dining tables on the top porch provide a great way to enjoy the evening sunsets as you dine. Upstairs, a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed and en suite bathroom afford both comfort and privacy to guests. The lower level provides four bedrooms, a common living area with a wet bar and a full bath. The lower level opens onto the lower level porch and provides easy access to the dock and lake. Wonderful lakefront home with a great dock and lake access. Well appointed kitchen and game room. Plenty of common space for big groups. Very close to a marina if you are bringing a boat. Responsive owners.

We had family meeting from Texas for the week and we couldn’t have asked for a better house or host! The driveway was a little tricky with the boat but we made it! We will be recommending to all our friends and hope to be back soon.

No complaints! Very well stocked kitchen and plenty of extras! Great for young children too. We enjoyed the fish light at night. Nice dock with shade and loved the floating mat for the lake. Great with kiddos. Loved seeing all of my children and grands too!!

We rented this amazing home over our daughter’s AU graduation weekend. Beautifully maintained home with everything you need! Couldn’t ask for a better view of the lake!! Nice dock, easy to pull a boat up to or throw in paddle boards. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Owner was very responsive!! Looking forward to staying here again for our next graduation.

The house was the perfect size to accommodate our large family for Thanksgiving. The vuews were awesome. Loved sitting on the deck just watching the birds fly by. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our time at Lake Martin! The house was perfect for our family. The outside decks were amazing place for the kids to play. We ate dinner on the decks, played on our kayaks & paddle board, & sat on the dock! Curt was a great communicator and very helpful! I would highly recommend The Arches!

Our group does a yearly trip to Lake Martin every year for an Auburn football game. In 12 years this is one of the best houses we have rented. The house was perfect for our large group. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. The view and balconies are awesome and we spent most of our time out there. We hope to be back again!

Very pleased. Beautiful house with exquisite views. We had to wait 2 hours to check in because the housekeepers weren’t finished, but otherwise it was a wonderful family vacation for 11 people. Curt was exceptionally helpful and responsive. We hope to return.

Stayed here to attend my daughter’s graduation from Auburn and spend time with family. House has a very nice layout, well stocked but the view is over the top! We spent most of our time on the deck or dock enjoying the beautiful lake. We will stay again! Thank you Curt for everything.

Great lay out of the house, awesome dock and wonderful views. Had 10 adults and we all fit very comfortably. No deceptive room arrangement like I’ve seen at other lake houses in the past. Awesome host who was very communicative and also allowed us to enjoy the weekend. We will 100% stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Every one of the bedrooms were very comfortable. There are plenty of blankets and towels. The huge porch overlooking the lake was our place to go and play cards and just lounge. It had everything we needed in the kitchen with lots of utensils and dishes and a nice size refrigerator. The ice machine on the lower level was a great amenity. We would definitely rent this property again.

Can’t say enough good things about this property! The house is spacious, has all the amenities you would want and has an incredible view. We rented a boat from Anchor Bay Marina for 2 of the days and then had a blast spending one day just swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking from the large dock. Definitely plan to return.

We are already looking into our next stay at this property. The house alone is beautiful and welcoming. Offering the space and amenities you'll need for your entire family! The view and location of this property is perfect. If you've forgotten anything, there is a Walmart just 15 minutes from the house. A marina for fuel and renting water toys is just around the corner on the water, you're a short boat cruise to Chimney Rock, Goat Island and Peanut Point; not to mention the beached spots you'll find along the way! You could never leave the house and still have a blast swimming in the quiet cul-de-sac this home is nestled in. Its quiet and cozy. The owners were very helpful throughout and even after our renting as I left a couple items and their cleaning crew found them right away! Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay!

We had the best stay at this property. The house is spacious and has so much to offer. The location is great if you want to rent a boat from The Ridge or visit many of the attractions on the lake. Cannot recommend this rental enough! We had a family of 8 and are already planning to return.
