Great little place to stay. Only thing we really didn’t like was having the washer and dryer in a room out back vs inside the condo but otherwise a nice little place! Water pressure for a shower was fine as long as nothing else was running but even without anything else running the sink had pretty bad water pressure. Contact with the owners were great. It was clean for the most part but whoever had stayed before must not have used the bunk beds but crawled around on them as there was sand on top of the duvet. Nice neighborhood and amazing little island in general.

The only thing that could of been better is the rug in the master bedroom. You had to pull the rug back in order to open or close. Other than that. Nice place!

The condo was nice we enjoyed it had very little water pressure and it got worse when the other guests was in the other rentals not sure what the problem was but overall we enjoyed our stay beds was great the kitchen could you a few more pots and pans and a few other basic items in the kitchen otherwise it was great will stay again

The unit we rented was nice and clean. Location was not bad, but it's not beachfront/ocean front. Overall, a good experience. Will look into renting again in the future.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. It was a much-needed getaway for me. My husband passed away in December and I just needed a few days to relax, and this place was perfect for that. The only downside to this property is the water pressure. We were actually the only people staying at this location during our visit. If the other units had been full, we would not have been able to use the water at all. Other than that issue, it's a great place to stay and I would recommend it 100%. It is pet friendly and I was able to take my Aussiedoodle with me. She enjoyed our little get away as much as I did.

Rooms were amazing and very clean. The house is near everything you might need or want to do and never had any issues with noise upstairs except for kids running. The house was filled with essentials and we did not have to supply anything for laundry or dishes. Parking situation is a little different than home but it is first come first serve! I would not recommend bringing more than 2-3 cars. Charcoal grill worked wonderfully and the fridge was big enough for everything we needed! Beds are very comfortable and the bunkbed was fairly large. The only issue, the bunkbed moves A LOT when you shift around. It wasn’t much of an issue though. There were more than enough linens for showering and the shower was just right in size. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you!

Close to restaurants and beaches

Accommodations were quite nice. Very short distance to shops and restaurants. Very comfortable for the price, granted this was off-season. Definitely would recommend.

We rented this condo so my partner could attend a job interview on the island, it was such a wonderful get away! Quiet neighborhood and our we loved the sand dune behind the condo. The condo was clean and in a great location.

Great little condo, near the golf course and in a quiet part of the island. Very clean and well maintained.

When trying to key into the stay, the code given to me over the app was incorrect. Spent about 10 minutes trying to contact the property manager to get in. I also noticed that the water pressure was too low in the shower. After several reviews pointing out this issue, I would’ve thought it would have been remedied.

Easy to find and in a great location. Close to the golf course and the main places to eat. As mentioned very clean and all you will need in this cozy condo. Many thanks to the host!

My friends and I had so much fun at this property. It was all very clean and up to date! I loved being able to walk over the dunes and be at the beach. We will definitely look into coming back to this property in the future!

Other than the walls being a bit thin and water pressure really low (couldn't maintain shower divert/stopper seal if others where using water the property was very good. No issues with anything. Well stocked for basics to cook and keep food. Off the main road location made it less traffic and easy to reach everytbing.

Location was great, peaceful. We had an issue with the fridge and maintenance was sent right over. It was truly like a home away from home. If you have kids, bring plastic or silicone place setting bc everything is glass except some big cups. Be aware that the water pressure gets EXTREMELY low is someone in the other attached condos are taking a shower or flushing the toilet. It took about 30 mins to get the tub about 1/4 full one night before we realized this. I am very picky about cleanliness, and the bedding, towels, tubs, etc were immaculate. We have an infant who crawls on the floor and I felt totally fine with them on it. The cleaning lady is VERY friendly and does a great job. Maintenance was great. The internet is jumpy, signing in and out due to signal often, but this is to be expected on an island. I suggest bringing a hotspot with you if your children game a lot. It wasn't a true issue, however, due to the proximity to the mounds right out the back door and the kids being able to run and play. Vacations aren't for electronics, anyway. The owner was very prompt in response time and the property was exactly as described. Next time, I would bring my own dishwasher pods, as there wasn't enough to wash up enough and we ended up washing by hand often. We brought our own laundry soap, so I cannot say if there was enough of that. Our upstairs neighbors were, I am assuming. Purposefully loud or just not courteous, because it was like a herd of elephants all night stomping back and forth, but as soon as they left, we didn't hear the cleaning lady moving around or anyone else. I don't think this was an issue with the accommodations, just a people issue. Make sure to check the locks on windows. Luckily, I am a stickler for safety and the kids'room window was unlocked and the master bedroom window didn't lock at all. Overall, I give a 10/10. It was beautiful, clean, great location, and exactly as described. Any issues we had would be expected anywhere. Make sure to have a massive croissant at Lighthouse, and don't wait until the last day to try Skinner's. It seems simple, but that snapper plate is the best dish we had on island the entire time. There IS a circle K for anyone who doesn't want to pack snacks, energy drinks, etc. Pirate's was fantastic, their burgers tastes like steaks. Pelican Pub is HOT on a hot day and you'll only get shade and a breeze in evening on the side of the building. Captain Snapper's & Connie were great!
