2-Story Lake Cottage in the heart of the Finger Lakes on Lamoka Lake in Bradford, NY is the perfect getaway for you, your friends and family if you love the water and can't miss the perfect sunset! The cottage offers an open living and dining space, a full kitchen, king bedroom on 1st floor with a full bathroom, interconnecting queen and double twin bedrooms on second floor and laundry. You won't be bored on a rainy day as cottage offers a 55" flat screen smart television, WiFi, Games, books and more. The outside amenities include a backyard fire pit and seating, dock space with a large sundeck with fire pit overlooking a gravel bottom walk-in swimming area (via steps) safe for the kids, dock with ladder for jumping into the water or fishing, kayaks for renter use only. This is a fisherman's paradise with access to the lake via a public launch for boaters and kayak enthusiasts, a cleaning station at the cottage and plenty of freezer space! Ice fishing is also popular in the winter when the lake is frozen. Dock bumper and tie-off is available for day use only at the cottage site, no overnight boat mooring is available. Owner will not accept responsibility for damage to any privately owned water craft while tied off at the cottage dock. Parking for a watercraft can be arranged prior to rental with the owner. The cottage is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes area between Keuka and Seneca Lakes within a short drive of Watkins Glen International Speedway, Watkins Glen State Park, Keuka College, Corning Glass, The Windmill, the Glenn Curtiss Museum, the Finger Lakes Boat Museum, the Finger Lakes Hiking trails, more wineries and breweries than you can visit in one week, and many towns listed as tourist must-sees including Hammondsport, Penn Yan, Corning, Watkins Glen, and Geneva. Docks are out for the season mid October- mid May. Cottage is 4 season with winter enthusiasts welcome. Snowmobilists are welcome with access to trail nearby. Ice fishing available dependent on presence and safety of ice thickness. Bristol Mtn. and Hunt Hollow ski resorts are within 1 hour drive.

This area is such a peaceful place. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The house is cozy and the scenery is amazing. It's definitely a special place to visit when you what to take a breath and smell the fresh air. Good for the body, mind and soul. (wineries and breweries weren't to bad either). Definitely a 5 star location.

We had a great long weekend. Property was clean, plenty of room for our family. Well stocked kitchen, easy access to Keuka and Seneca. Kayaks available for use as well. Would stay here again.

The hosts were great! The house it well stocked with all the essentials. The fire pit by the water was awesome in the mornings and evenings! Lamoka Lake was a perfect spot to many wineries and breweries! Would definitely recommend!

Our stay on Lamoka Lake was outstanding. We fished off a pontoon as well as the owners docks and had a great time catching a lot of large/small mouth bass. The docks are right across the street in a quiet cove. The owners were friendly, answered all our questions quickly, provided a great tour of the area and lake, and the house was clean and comfortable.

We were very pleased with our rental of this property. Photos are 100% accurate. When we arrived, the house was SPOTLESSLY CLEAN; very impressed with that! It was very well-equipped with anything one could need. Our favorite place there was the dock area. The owners have a bench at the end of the dock which was a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the beauty of Lamoka Lake. Thank you for a great rental experience!

We had a wonderful time on Lamoka Lake! Rosalyn and Harmon were amazing hosts. The beds were so comfortable we slept great. Only suggestion would be to add hand rails to stairs (inside and ones into lake). Thanks for a great weekend.

Lakeside retreat
This was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed our week spent at lake and sky. Just steps from the lake we were able to enjoy fishing, kayaking, and swimming in this beautiful clear lake. The hosts were staying in the front cabin & helped to make us feel very welcome. The entire community around the lake was friendly and warm. With so many outdoor activities in the region, we could have stayed another week! Great value and a wonderful experience!

The BEST
My friends and I had the best time staying at Harmon and Rosalynn's lake house.
The hosts were so kind and helpful. They responded to any questions or requests right away and were incredibly accommodating.
The house looked even nicer in person than pictured. It was comfortable and spacious for the 6 of us. We loved the private dock access and took full advantage of the kayaks and rafts provided. The decor and landscaping and attention to detail throughout the property was immaculate.
Location is great! The property feels private and lake Lamoka is peaceful and beautiful. Located in between Keuka and Seneca Lake, it is an easy 15-20 min drive to check out wineries, breweries and restaurants along either one.
I am so happy that we chose this lake house and hope to plan another visit next summer!

Not "On" Lamoka Lake
Listing says "on" Lamoka Lake. The house is behind another house and you have to cross a street to get to the dock. It should say "At" Lamoka lake to be accurate. Disappointed. Was great to have enough kayaks for the whole family.

I really enjoyed staying at this property and could not have been more pleased! Very clean and welcoming. The lake was beautiful and they were fully stocked with any essentials you might need. Will definitely be coming back. This was by far the best VRBO I’ve ever booked.

Everything we needed
We booked this property for a quick get away and it was exactly what we needed. The photos are spot on for what the property looks like. It was clean and comfortable and contained all the amenities needed for a home away from home experience. The Hosts were timely in communication and ease of check was great. The area is directly across from the lake, which afforded a beautiful view dawn to dusk. It's proximity to Keuka Lake was a mere 15 minutes and roughly 25 to Seneca Lake.

Lake side getaway
Nice location and everything is provided that you would need. Took the kayaks out one morning and was very peaceful and beautiful. Relaxed each night with fire and some drinks by the water. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Weekend getaway with friends
Three high school friends had a great time at this beautiful quaint house on the lake. We fished off the pier, had a campfire and went to Walkens Glenn for hiking and food and to Keuka Lake for a bike riding and breweries. Everything you would need for a long weekend. Highly recommended

Four of us stayed at this rental for three nights. It was a very comfortable place to stay. The seating and fire pit at the lake was a very short distance from the house. The kitchen was well stocked. The shower was fantastic. The host replied really fast when I wrote her to say that the propane tank was empty on the grill. We loved it there so much that we are already planning on returning next year around the same dates. I highly recommend staying at this house. We would give it 10 stars if possible!

The cottage is centrally located for Keuka and Seneca Lake Wine Trails and the Watkins Glen area. The cottage was comfortable and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The lake side dock/patio offered the most amazing views around sunset. From the master bedroom, there was an amazing view of the lake.
The car port was a blessing as on the morning of our departure, it was raining. Having the carport available to pack our car kept us nice and dry for the five and a half hour drive home.
I really wish the the VRBO platform would allow me to upload some of the photos that we were able to capture.

The hosts were attentive to any needs we had. We all had a wonderful time swimming, fishing, kayaking, and campfires. The dining table made a great game table. Would definitely stay here again.
