Located in the scenic town of Carlton Landing on Lake Eufaula, BellaGreen is your luxury lake home away from home! Inside, you’ll find a cozy, open concept main floor. The lower level includes the living and dining rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, master bedroom with bathroom. Upstairs there is a 3-bed bunk loft, jack and jill bathroom, a full bed bedroom and two twin beds bedroom. Perfect location! Located just steps away from Tower Pool. Outdoors you will find an enclosed patio with table with plenty of seating, grill and fire place are located at the front of this home. Free firewood supplied. Private parking for two vehicles is located behind the house. This place is perfect to rest, relax and enjoy all that Carlton Landing has to offer! You are 1 minute away from the bocce ball courts and ping pong table. You will be about a 5-10 minute walk/or minutes in the golf cart from both of the community pools and hot tubs, Pop-Up Shops, food trucks, Mama Tigg's Pizzeria, The Meeting House (Coffee Shop) and The Beach (Lake Front).

We love Carlton Landing and staying at this house was no different. It had everything we needed and was close to everything. We had such a good time!

We had a fun stay here. The only thing I would suggest is blinds for the windows. Also description said could use golf cart if it was working and it was not available. I would rent a golf cart next time we go as it would be a lot easy to navigate the town in a golf cart. By the time I tried to rent one all the golf carts were gone.

We had the best time at Carlton Landing with our family! The house is perfect- has everything you need! The owners were super easy to work with and made the check-in and check-out process easy! We loved that the house was right next to one of the pools! Excited to return!

We absolutely fell inlove with Carlton Landing! So many family friendly activities, beautiful views and homes. The owner was great about responding to questions. We're already talking about coming back next year!
Our only complaint is that the first floor main bedroom doesnt have curtains, so the glass doors and windows become problematic when changing or sleeping.

Great place for 2 families staying in Carlton Landing! The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor fire place. The one thing to improve the stay would be to add blinds/curtains to the master bedroom for privacy. Overall great place!

Best getaway!
We throughly enjoyed our trip to Carlton Landing. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and were extremely helpful! We have 3 kids under 4 and they all loved the bunk room! We were close to the pool which also was wonderful! Would absolutely stay there again!

We loved the fireplace on the enclosed patio! The walking trails provided an afternoon of fun exploring on our 66 degree January Sunday. Saving this listing for future reference!

This was our first trip to Carlton Landing, and we were not disappointed. The entire community is incredible. This home is in the middle of it all and an easy stroll to every pool, food option, trail, and the lake. Highly recommended.

I’ve never been to Carlton Landing before, and or even heard of it. So, when I booked this place I had no idea what a treat it was going to be. When we got the house, we found it was beautifully decorated with all of the amenities we could’ve asked for. But it wasn’t until the morning, that we discovered how much there was to do in this little area. There were lots of kids running around of all ages. The swimming pools and hot tub or lots of fun, we enjoyed the green spaces, the local pizza shop, the local coffee house, And the friendly character is everywhere. There were five of us, and we found we had plenty of space to settle in. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They were immediately responsive to any questions that we had, and were proactive and making sure that we had everything we needed and wanted.
