The kitchen/dining area are the central part of the apartment with a bedroom and bathroom connected and the other two bedrooms down the hallway. The laundry room is located off of the hallway as well. The Neighborhood: This apartment is situated in the basement of an apartment building that sits in a quiet neighborhood with a variety of single-family homes and small apartment buildings just two blocks from NDSU and a short drive from Downtown Fargo. Getting Around: There's plenty of parking around the building on the streets as well as parking lots in front and behind the building. Lots are first come first served. If you're on foot, NDSU is just two blocks to the west and there is also a main bus route two blocks west or east. Google MAT bus Fargo for rates and times. Our stay there was nice. The communication with the property manager was amazing! Definitely look forward to staying again

In town for a football game and it fit our needs. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars. The place could have used more dishes/cups and pots/pans but otherwise was good.

This was a quick overnight stay for our family of 4. It is a basement college apartment that did the job. There was no air conditioning as is listed, owner thought it had been installed.

Nicer than expected

In town for a week long wrestling tournament at the FargoDome. Property was older, but very clean with everything we needed. Location was convenient and close enough to walk if necessary. It was also close to several decent places to eat. We would stay here again.
