The property boasts HDTVs with Rokus throughout the home, live channels via YouTube TV, as well as high speed wifi that is perfect for streaming. Important: This home sleeps 20 in beds - Maximum guests allowed is 20. Property is Dog Friendly with pet fee. There is a non refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, up to two dogs. There is a drip and Keurig coffee maker; bring your own favorite coffee and filters. Dine inside or outside, it's up to you! No waiting in line and no reservations required when you have your own home instead of just a hotel room! The pool and patio provide ample entertainment, including a multicolor pool light system. Please note that the raised 'spa' area of the pool is NOT a hot tub. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Pool schedule is set as follows: Pool mode/heating will be running from 12:31 AM until 6:30 PM, Spa mode and Jets are set to come on at 6:30 PM and run until 12:30 AM. There is a BBQ grill and corn hole set along with dining tables and umbrellas. Two outside showers help keep salt & sand outside the home. This property requires a security deposit, it will be collected separately by the property prior to check in. Endemic insects and fauna may occasionally find their way into our home. To prevent local resident pests from enjoying our home, we do have regularly scheduled pest control treatments to keep the home pest free. Guests may help prevent insects from joining them by keeping doors and windows closed, wiping down counters, and putting away food properly. A signed rental and security deposit scheduled within 7 calendar days of booking the property is required to complete the booking.
