After realizing a long-time dream of owning our own place on Seabrook Island we have refreshed and renovated this great condo with all new bedding, towels, and furniture. Newly renovated kitchen in 2023. Baths renovated in March 2024 (more photos coming soon!) Tennis lovers, equestrians, and beach bums alike will all enjoy the convenient location to the courts, the equestrian center, and the beach. Heron's Nest is the perfect spot to call home while enjoying all this wonderful island has to offer. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea and take in the beautiful marsh views from either the screened porch or the sunroom. Then hop on one of the beach cruisers and take a spin around the island or find a bite to eat at Freshfields. Evenings are cozy in the living area watching your favorite movies streamed on the HDTV or spending family time putting together a puzzle or playing a board game. We've got you covered with everything from Scrabble to Uno! And you'll always find a good book to dive into during your stay. Heron’s Nest sleeps 5 comfortably. The Master bedroom with en-suite bath has a new king Nectar mattress, fresh linens, new furniture and marble vanity. This bedroom opens onto the sunroom with oversized chairs ready for your morning coffee and birdwatching or evening cocktail and sunset. The view of the live oaks in the morning is a wonderful way to wake up! Watch your movies from bed on the large wall-mounted smart hdtv. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with new memory foam mattress and linens as well as a new set of bunk beds and access to the guest bath. Flat screen smart tv is wall-mounted. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. If cooking isn't your thing Freshfields has several great spots to eat. If you're a real foodie at heart, the short 40-minute drive to Charleston and the many highly acclaimed restaurants awaits you. Amenity Cards may be purchased for use of the Beach Club, restaurants, and Lake House fitness center through the Amenity Office. The cards are $300 for the week or $50 per day. One card will give access to the guests staying at 2419 Racquet Club Drive only. VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ.... THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A NON-SMOKING AND NO PET ENVIRONMENT.
