Haven't rec'd my deposit after several requests

The direction to the apartment were horrible!! we had to call Franco to get clarification because the address was incorrect that was sent to us! you keep sending me a message that is in Spanish and I do not speak Spanish or read it! The keys once we got the lock box open did not open the gate closest to our apartment so we had to take our luggage in the long way around. We had flown in from that day & driven from San Juan to Jobos so we were very exhausted and to have been given poor directions made it worse for an already long day. I haven't seen a refund of my damage deposit & I know we didn't do any damage.

The place was great, all it needed a little LTC, but all was 👍

The beach was very close. Nice for a walk.

The power outage. But the whole island suffered from it.

It was an excellent location, super close to lots of great places to get food and drink. Also a very quick walk to the beach and a lovely boardwalk. We enjoyed birding and surfing/snorkeling in the nearby beach area.

The front door was a bit loud when we opened it and hard to close and lock at times. Found out we just had to lift the door a bit to get the lock to engage.
