The made us wait for 6 hrs and then asked us to go to a different hotel

They told us there were no rooms available despite us booking it on the website. We had to wait and they assured us that some guests would vacate their rooms. After 6 Hrs of waiting without any kind of refreshments, another group of new guests without a booking walked in with their baggage and the receptionist handed them the keys to a room. We were agitated as we still were waiting for the room and when we questioned the receptionist, they asked us to go to a different hotel.

Be cautious of prepayment

Friendliness of the staff.

Fabhotels asked for prepayment. I make the prepayment twice (as there was no acknowledgment) using the link provided in the message. The hotel couldn't find the payment - neither could Fabhotel. So I had to make the full payment at the hotel. Even now, after several days and numerous emails, fabhotel 'customer delight' team can't find my payments. I sent then the screenshot adderall times, but always a standard email comes back! Nothing to do with the hotel itself - but I will be cautious with fabhotel linked hotels from now on.

It was okay, advise to search other hotels too......

"Location". It was the only thing - which was best in it. Rooms do have not that much space, which they have shown in the pictures.

These rooms have been booked (for 1 week) along with complimentary breakfast and we have made 100% payment in advance. Their breakfast quality was pathetic, it seems they were giving us for free.
