The cottage is very well maintained and extremely clean. We were greeted warmly by our lovely host Matt and he gave us a tour of this beautiful property. The fridge was well stocked with wine, beer, colas, milk, chocolates, water and the kitchen cupboards were full of yummy cookies and cereal boxes which added to the charm of this pretty place. The hosts Rob and Matt have paid minute attention to every detail..the fittings are top notch, the cutlery and crockery is exquisite, and the toiletries are from Rituals! In short it has everything that’s needed to make the guests’ stay super comfortable and enjoyable!
It’s perfect. There’s absolutely nothing to dislike.

It was amazing!!! The property was supper clean, cozy and beautiful. It had everything you would need, ranging from snacks and drinks to netflix. The owners were super welcoming, kind and helpful, they recommended some amazing places to visit within the area and nearby. Their dogs are also super cute and sweet. Amazing overall, would definitely visit again!!

Want to thank this marvellous couple for our lovely stay. The hosts were very welcoming and kind hearted. They instantly made us feel at ease! The property was extremely clean, very comfortable and offers a good layout for less mobile guests. An assortment of teas and coffee pods, breakfast cereals, milk, beer, wine, chocolate were all provided. It was easy to find, is near the motorway so it’s excellent for an overnight stop but also great for longer stays if you want to see Cheltenham. Well done for offering such good value for money. We’ll definitely stay again if heading south. Thank you.

Nestled in a quiet little corner it was a very relaxing stay, topped off nicely with a wide selection of complimentary drinks and snacks exceeding anything you'd expect.

Everything is included, and he's extremely thorough. A selection of teas and coffee, a very well equipped kitchen and stocked fridge is going above and beyond. You can literally show up here with clothes, and everything else is provided. GT
The light in the bathroom is a bit finnicky, but the host told us how to make it work.

The hosts were super friendly and able to accommodate our early check in request with no problems at all. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and they had been really thoughtful in providing absolutely everything you could think of in the annexe - drinks, snacks, toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

The place was beautiful so clean and just everything you really need.. would happily visit again. Rob and matt were super lovely also which makes it so much nicer.

Fantastic accommodation, home from home, very clean and had everything we needed and more! Hosts were very accommodating, friendly and helpful, informing us of the local area and best places to eat. Facilities were 5 star, more than we could have asked for, a real home from home, we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended 😁

This is probably one of the nicest airbnbs I've ever stayed in! The hosts were absolutely lovely and had gone above and out of their way to try and make the place comfortable and like a home from home. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything you could need! Parking was on the drive which was convenient and makes you feel safe too. The location is in a quiet residential area but seems centrally located and off a main route. My daughter loved The Annexe so much that she wants to go back ASAP! Thank you for making our night away so enjoyable and lovely x

Rob and Matt were amazing hosts. The Annexe is a well equipped, modern, very clean and outstanding property. The hosts provided lots of lovely complimentary extras, such as Rituals toiletries and Nespresso coffee pods. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen contained everything we needed (and more) for our stay. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to others.

The annexe is so comfy, well equipped and clean! it’s quite stylish and spacious too. Everything was perfect! Matt and Rob were so lovely. They are so considerate and kind and try their best (and succeed) in making sure your stay with them is everything you need. I highly recommend staying here!

it's tucked away - very quiet with a short drive to some big supermarkets
the hosts have lots of lovely complimentary touches , so if you arrive with out tea, coffee or milk. made it feel like home on arrival

The little touches were unexpected but really made the stay - nespresso machine, rituals toiletries, Spotify account etc.
Not a lot it was all really well thought through! Maybe more communication beforehand to understand key pick up and check out?

The Annexe is first-class. It is extremely well-appointed and has all that you could ask for, whether you are staying for one night or ten. We loved chatting to our hosts, both of whom were friendly and attentive. All of the generously supplied small touches were much appreciated.

We are a Dutch couple Rene and Ellen. We have been there for 10 days and had a great time. A great nice, clean house. Equipped with all kinds of extras.
We will come back if we can.
We also had very nice conversations with Rob and Mat. What fine men. We love them. What a lovely and wonderful hosts.
