Property is in a extremely bad condition. The wall to curtains have stains everywhere. the house is no where close to what that show in the pictures . it's just not maintained. TERRIBLE CARE TAKER n HORRIBLE SERVICE THE property has RATS n LiZARDS in the rooms which we choose just not to enter

I literally have not liked anything about the property. We have booked a separate villa but got a very different villa. Even the owner knows about this and he only gave me the other villa.

I booked the villa as per the pictures shared. But once i reached the property, the owner asked me to shift to another villa as he was saying he has already taken another booking for the same villa. The villa was literally not cleaned. There was no amenities. No gas, no tv, no wifi nothing. I booked this villa after looking at these amenities. The pool was dirty, i asked the owner to clean it he said it is not required and said he will do it sometime later but never did it. Then i requested him for some gas cylinder or an oven upon which he said he will provide it but never showed up. Parking area was blocked as there was big stones kept there casually, i asked him to remove it but again he never did it. Then in the mid night we came across some noise in the other room upon which we came across to know that there were labours staying along with us which was known to the owner and he kept it secret from us. Mid night those labours tried to enter our villa as well upon which i called the owner and he did not replied. After some struggling we let those labours out of our property and about to call police. There was water leakage in the mid night. Power cut for almost an 1 hour or so upon which we got to know that labours hidding in the room cut that power intentionally. Owner just wanted to get money. Please dont stay look for other better properties.

Spacious duplex villa and very good for a group of people. Backside lawn with artificial grass, Neat pool. Supportive owner. The food from Mahesh (need to order) is with low price but the quality is good. The beds and bed sheets are very good, will have good sleep. Rakesh(owner) is very supportive and going out of box to facilitate the visitors. We enjoyed our two days stay.

Need some maintenance work at kitchen storage and cupboards in bedrooms and hall. Regular pest control to avoid cockroaches visits.

The house design was good. The living room was excellent. Except few cockroach in night time

Poor Maintenance, Kitchen: Heavy smell , Sink water flows out to Kitchen, Utensils are not washed properly and not able to use All 3 bedroom, wardrobe are dirty and smelling, can't able to keep cloths. All bathroom, Smelling and water flow was too low and 2 bathroom Flush are not working. Bathroom Luer glass are broken and scary. Swimming Pool, No steps and difficult for the people to Get in and get out. They have 2 property wall to wall sharing and they shared one villa photo and the other one not shared and that one was worst. May be not good for family and who expect basic hygiene
