Stop met verder zoeken, want dit is de plek waar je het geweldig gaat hebben. De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en heeft veel op jou afgestemde adviezen voor het bezoek aan het park. De locatie ten opzichte van alle highlights is perfect en het uitzicht vanaf de lodge op los Cuernos is geweldig! Wij hadden kamer Paine 5. Probeer die te boeken voor het mooiste uitzicht ooit! De gemeenschappelijke ruimte zijn gezellig ingericht en door alle ramen heel licht en met een view! Het avondeten is zeer goed. Het beste dat we hadden in het park. Kortom… niet twijfelen en hier reserveren.

Our room was super clean and well maintained. The people running the hotel were so friendly and helpful with recommendations for walks to do in the park. We ate at the restaurant the 3 nights we stayed and the food was very good. The hotel is about 5 mins from the park entrance and a 40 min drive to each of the two main walking spots for day walks. Was a great base for our time in the park and overall good value given the remoteness and general prices in the park versus the rest of the country.

Por ser um lugar afastado do centro urbano, o hotel necessita de gerador de energia, só que o gerador fica bem perto dos quartos (ao menos os quartos do pátio interno) que faz um barulho irritante, justamente à noite quando se necessita de paz para dormir. Reclamei com o funcionário sobre o irritante barulho e ele me disse que era assim mesmo e não podia desligar o gerador

Beautiful setting at the edge of villa Serrano with vistas in all directions, a trail up the river from the property, and cows and horses grazing all around. (Beware the rooster!) Fabulous, attentive and caring staff. Comfortable indoor lounging areas, good restaurant, and a great place to base ourselves for five days in Torres del Paine.

Unfortunately, the hotel was having issues with their well for a few days, with water issues and occasional odors. I expect this will get resolved quickly, and such things will happen, so it wasn’t a big deal. I hope they also consider adding a comfortable seating area outside as well, along with their bar tables, for when the weather is lovely.

The food is a little expensive, but it's not a surprise for the area

Morrena lodge is a great comfortable cozy hotel. Very clean, great amenities and great service! We really enjoyed staying here and I'd recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay close to Torres Del Paine.

The breakfast was the same thing everyday and not much variety. Same thing with dinner.

More food options. We brought our own bottle of wine and the employee asked if we took theirs because they offered the same bottle. We told them we brought it. Apparently they didn’t believe us and added it to our bill. They removed the charge, but obviously don’t trust their guest.

The lodge is lovely decorated. The staffi is kind and helpfull. Breakfast was very good. The location is very good - very close to the southrn entrance to the Torres del Paine park, but outside of the park, and at a beautifull serrounding with amaizing views

There was a bad smell in the bathroom. Only face mirror was available in the room, a larger mirror will be very helpful. The price of the accomodation and optional diner was very high, but relative to the prices in this area it was fair

Pleasant Small Hotel in a very convenient location. Great to be able to stay so close to TDP park. A ample breakfast was included with the room. The breakfast space was very small but worked. Our room was comfortable and quiet with windows that opened to let the cool breeze blow in. Best part of this hotel is that it is located next to a very large, open pasture land where lots of horses roam and you can walk all around - even down to the river. This seemed to be the best pastime for everyone around.

The evening meal is not included in the room price. Not many other meal options available in this location - felt the price of the meal was a bit expensive.

Great location in the beautiful Serrano river valley with plenty of local walks and activities, great views and 10 minutes drive from the Torres del Paine National Park. Attractive lodge with interesting decor.

Our particular room was at the back of the property near noisy septic tank and no internet in the bedroom. The food was pricey for the quality. Receptionist Valentina was fantastic and did the work of the whole team! The Lodge seemed still under construction and the layout could be greatly improved. internet in the bedrooms is a necessary facility. Much more information on trips and local information woukd improve the customer care.

From the moment we checked-in, the staff was super welcoming. This is a family-run business and the owners/sisters were the sweetest people. My husband and I stayed at Morrena Lodge for our honeymoon and my brother had coordinated with the hotel and surprised us with a bottle of wine and a beautiful cheese board in our room. Our room was beautiful and we had an amazing view of the mountains and saw horses right outside our window every morning. The food at the lodge was amazing and delicious. The attention to details were on point. My husband and I rented a car in Puerto Natales; therefore, there was parking on the lodge. The owners also gave us maps of the surrounding areas and gave us tips. We highly recommend staying here and hopefully one day we can return. The wifi in the lobby worked great!

Nothing to complain

The location inside de park makes it perfect for exploring this stunning place without going back and forth from Puerto Natales. The staff is so welcoming!

Our stay at Morrena Lodge was fantastic. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is a good one. Even though we were English speaking and could barely speak a word of Spanish, we managed to communicate just fine. The Lodge looks to be newly built and situated in the Rio Serrano area which is a very short drive from the park entrance. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with very comfortable beds and a private bathroom offering a spacious, clean and hot shower with great pressure. We could see rolling fields out of our window with horses and cows roaming free. The common spaces were comfortable and offered inside and outside options. The restaurant food for dinner was delicious - they offer hearty, homemade style meals, either Chilean or international classics. The breakfast included in the price was great - the food was fresh, offered a variety of options including fruit, yoghurt, cereal, fresh bread, freshly made eggs to order, ham, cheese, jams, fresh juice, and delicious coffee. Good coffee was very hard to find in the park - all of the places use machines that use powdered milk for cappuccino - and although Morrena's coffee also comes from a machine, it tasted like fresh milk was used and was absolutely delicious.

A hair dryer in the room would be helpful for travelers who pack light. Noise does carry quite a lot into the rooms if other guests/kids are noisy, which is by no means the Lodge's fault - we did go to bed extra early so we could wake up early to hike.

Morrena Lodge for us, will be the place of the heart. You are in a wonderful position to explore the beauty of the parque. The Lodge is new (first year they opened), really comfortably furnished with a country style and full equipped. It is sourended by the beauty of amazing and strong nature! Just few meters from Rio Serrano, where you could have amazing walks. The place is managed by a great and lovely family, and you could feel the love and the warm of their precious work. You feel also the passion they put in what they do. The kitchen is amazing. For sure we had the Best dinner in the whole journey (and the level was already high..and we Are italiana...so habit to eat well =)). The best "lamb" Cordero, we have ever eaten. Cannelloni were amazing. All people met, were fantastics! We already would like to come back! Bravissimi! See you soon!
