Egret Point is a nice house, great location and outdoor area is wonderful. What we did not like was the living area furniture made out of PVC pipes. That type of furniture should only be used outside. The sofa was not comfortable either, not PVC, but hard wooden base with very cheap cushions. Bedrooms were ok and the house was clean. We will not stay again unless the furniture is updated.

Hubby, son and I went to Avon NC to relax, and do some fishing. We were amazed the home had a water front view, with it's own fishing dock! The home itself was tastefully decorated. We caught plenty of fish which made a wonderful dinner with sides. Quite, peaceful place, can't wait to go back in the Spring!

We had a great time, what a great view. We caught fish and bait right behind the house. 5 bedrooms is nice, this would be a great house for a family. We just came for a 3-day fishing trip with friends. Everything worked in the house and the kitchen was well stocked. Only complaint is not being able to figure out the TV, but we didn’t sit around much.

We have rented Egret Point for several years. House is always clean and in a fantastic location. Quiet lagoon out the back and beach is only 1 1/2 blocks away. We will stay there again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Egret Point is in an amazing location with beautiful sound side views! This home is directly on the sound and has a great dock to fish from. Inside the home, you will find an open floor plan on the upper level and plenty of bedrooms. This home definitely suited our multi-family needs and is definitely a home we would come back to again! The house was close to the beach which was great and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too. The only reason we wouldn`t rent the home again is because we don`t need that much room and prefer Avon to Salvo.
