200 year old farmhouse located on the Lamoille River. River access and 12 acres to explore. We are approximately 20 minutes from downtown Burlington. The entire upstairs is for guests, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and living room area. Kitchen and dining room are shared spaces. There is an enclosed and exposed porch with a grill and pizza oven. Fire pit and hammock near the gardens out back with a view of our sweet goats, ducks, and chickens. We have private access to the river for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing.
