Enjoy a one-block walk to the beach each morning, easy strolling access to the boardwalk and all sorts of other attractions, and a lovely view of the ocean from the home's third floor. With the beach, the boardwalk, an arcade, shops, eateries, a movie theater, and the Seaside Aquarium all nearby, you'll have no shortage of choices for how to spend your days. Back at the house, you'll enter by way of an open, ground-floor living space with two sitting areas - one with plush seating and a flatscreen cable TV and another with sofas, a fireplace, and a coffee table for nightly board games. On the other side of the room are a fully appointed kitchen (with a dishwasher for easy clean-up), an island with bar seats for five, and a dining room table for eight. The after-dinner hours are best spent upstairs in the third-floor game room, a bright and lofty space with foosball, air hockey, and another lounge area with sofas and a flatscreen TV. There's also free WiFi to help you plan tomorrow's adventures and a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs. When it's time to turn in for the evening, you'll have six bedrooms and a loft sleeping space to choose from. There are four bedrooms on the second floor, as well as two full bathrooms with whirlpool tubs and showers. The third floor has two more bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a desk and a sitting area. Up above the game area is the final sleeping space - an open loft with two beds and a couch. The third full bathroom is downstairs on the ground floor. Things to Know The loft is accessed by a spiral staircase The two bedrooms on the third floor are separated by sliding doors; you can open the doors and turn it into one big space if you'd like Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space to put your belongings. There are lots of bath towels. The kitchen and dining area seats a large group. The dishes and cooking utensils are adequate but could be downsized and consolidated so renters have room for their food. There was only one wine glass and not enough small drinking glasses.

So spacious, blocks from the beach Ava an easy stroll down to the main strip-arcade, carousel, shops, elephant ears and Ice cream:-)

Loved the location of this house. It was overall an ok stay. Some parts of the house were broken ( lock on bathroom door, some holes in walls). It had the right number of beds and baths for our group.

Lots of room, well stocked kitchen. Could use a deep clean. Short on basic necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap. Place could be great if more attention was given to cleanliness and providing the basics.

Don't get me wrong, the house was great, but mostly because it was not real fancy. The kids weren't worried about breaking pretty things. There was plenty of room for us to eat together, and the game room on the third floor was well used! All in all, it was the perfect house for us!

Great space for family groups! Good location, close to beach, short walk to town. Not very many bowls, mugs or glasses but there were just enough to manage ok. Wifi not very good.

This home is excellent for large families with 4 levels (4th level being a loft with 2 full beds, great for kids) for a nice getaway. The set up of the house was very convenient as the adults would relaxed downstairs in the open concept kitchen/living area and the kids were on the third level with another sitting area that had games and air hockey. Pleasantly surprised that we had a grill to quickly feed 15 people which saved us a ton of time in the kitchen and more time for the beach. It is a very used house, large dinning table is rickety and the bed frames creeks loudly but other then the normal wear and tear, this place was excellent. Less then a 10 minute walk to the beach.

We had 8 adults and 3 kids for an entire week. Kids loved the third floor and loft. Could hear them from the 1st floor. 2nd floor couldn't hear much from either floor. So much space, lots of towels and linens. The place was clean.

I was impressed and really liked were we stayed but did noticed there needed to be some repairs and adjustments on the property. Light out front was broken, bed on third floor was stained, some of the cookware did not fit stove, and some corners in the house looked ragged, (wall paper starting to disintegrate.) All in all it was nice just needed some tender loving care.

Our family lives on two coasts. We are experienced with annual get together. This place provides good space for our needs. Access to beach, promenade, restaurants, etc. three levels of stairs not easy for some. Immediate neighborhood not as manicured as some vacation locations, but feels safe. Eating spaces, big table and counter close—excellent for large group. If you have special cooking needs, check ahead that the kitchen has what you need. Overall, very clean, quiet for sleeping, separate zones for private conversations, ample towels and supplies. Thank you

This house was perfect for the staff we had staying with us. Plenty of room and no one was on top of each other. The kitchen and seating area was perfect for eating and preparing. The couches downstairs were amazingly soft and comfortable.

This was a great house for our large family. Everyone was able to gather for meals or spread out as they wanted to. Very comfortable.

The house was big enough that each person had their own room, which was nice. There was no hot water going to the kitchen sink, and the dishwasher is broken, so washing dishes was difficult. The toilet on the 1st floor isn't bolted to the floor, and looks like it is leaking under the flooring. The beds are all really uncomfortable. The house is close to the beach and downtown Seaside.

The entire VRBO process was super easy. We all had an amazing time. The home was perfect for us all with plenty of rooms, games and a short walk to the beach & Broadway. We definitely will be coming back. Thank you!!
