As you enter you will be greeted by the light and airy living space. Kick up your feet after a fun filled day on Maui, complete with convertible sofa, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. Spend your days relaxing on your private lanai, with seating for four. Take in the lovely garden views. Eat in! The kitchen is fully equipped with plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. Enjoy dining al fresco on your private lanai or the quaint dining area. The charming guest bedroom brings the tropical feel in with beautiful linens and twin beds. Guest bath is conveniently adjacent with tub/shower combo. Primary bedroom features Queen bed for the perfect night's rest, with flat screen TV, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom. Stackable washer and dryer allow for lighter packing. Kihei Akahi is situated on six and a half acres of beautiful lush tropical grounds, with two great swimming pools, 4 large gas BBQ's, and a tennis court. You have everything you need with an activity reservation center, property office and library on site! It's location is ideal with beautiful beaches right across the street! Shops, restaurants and more walking distance from your unit. ** This unit does not have AC** ***PLEASE NOTE: Property will be undergoing parking lot sealcoating from May 15-May 28th. Parking will be limited spaces during this period and open parking. Alternatively you may park on south kihei road*** While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. Nice place to stay. Unit was clean and perfectly suited for my dad and I. We have been coming here for many years and will return!

Even better than expected! They provide everything you could need, as if you were at home. Beautiful property, great location, and very friendly staff! Check in and check out was so easy, keypads so you don’t have to worry about who has the key. The only thing is there is no a/c but they did provide plenty of fans and opening the door and lanai for a cross breeze helps a lot. Oh and please get regular pickle balls, the foam ones are junk.

The property showed signs of typical wear and tear associated with its age, but was very clean. All essential amenities were thoughtfully supplied, including cooking utensils, condiments, bathroom toiletries, bath and beach towels, as well as laundry and dish detergent. The property is conveniently within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, cafes, and a general store, although you may need to drive approximately 5 minutes to reach the nearest grocery store. Only noticeable problem was no A/C unit, which was not a big deal. Overall, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable with no issues to report

Overall is ok. One thing, I have chose in filter at VBRO air conditioning at the unit and this unit in some case was selected, but when we arrived, there were only fans. My parents have health issues, so for them were hard to be without air conditioning. Also, I was surprised that bathrooms don't have a ventilation. After toilet it wasn't fresh air in the bedrooms. These are only two issues we have experienced. Others were really good!!!

The place was a bit worn. When we pulled out the couch to sleep on, it was dirty with stains on the mattress cover and crumbs all over it. No ice maker was also a drag. It is a short walk to the beach, and no beach in site from the balcony. Overall it was just ok. I would not book again.

Our stay in Kihei was amazing thanks to this place! The condo had everything we needed, including chairs and an umbrella for the beach. It was clean and well kept. The staff was super nice and accommodating. My favorite part was the location. It is right across the street from a beautiful beach. There are also restaurants and shop close by. The area didn't feel super crowded or touisty, but there was lots to do within walking distance.

It was our first to Maui so we weren't familiar with the area. But as it turned out, Kihea was a great choice as was this VRBO property. There are both residents and visitors in the complex and everyone properly observed the quiet hours.

We arrived late but the instructions given via email was very helpful. The place was spec and span, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and the living room are well organized, perfect for our short stay. It’s walking distance to the beach. It is quiet, the only sound you hear are the chirping birds. The office staff were likable. I highly recommend this place

Not well in the kitchen, lack of forks and spoons, coffee cups and ice maker. Poorly supplied. Caulking around sink and counters grubby. Carpets stained, washrooms outdated, grout grubby. Linens on beds poor, pillows poor. Beach chairs broken, we replaced one and added umbrella. Gererally shabby, needs a major update for the dollars we paid. Pleased that ice cube trays and bath mat was delivered promptly. We did not complain while we were there as we were on vacation and focused on having fun. But sadly all 3 of us were disappointed.

Close to a little mall/malls for shopping and a few very good restaurants within walking distance. Clean very quiet and perfect location. Very helpful landlords if you need anything. Our family (5 of us)thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kihei Akahi C-319. The rental is a bit out dated but clean. It had all the amenities described. The time inside is slight in comparison to the paradise right outside your door and the large glass door leading to the lanai invites that beauty inside anyway! It is centrally located and having a rental car took us to sights all around the island, the volcano, road to Hana, Lahaina, Costco, Walmart, 20 minutes-ish from airport, etc. We even did an excusion to Molokini, we saw many whales from land and boat as well as sea turtles! Maui did not dissapoint, and Kihei Akahi C-319 was comfortable enough to come back to each day!

The property is well taken care of, lots of flowers. We enjoyed being right across from the beach and the 2 pools and bbqs were great
The unit is spacious and we enjoyed the lanai. There were beach chairs but no umbrella or boogie boards.
We were missing some cleaning items but once we told them they were delivered right away. No air conditioning but if the doors were left open there was a good breeze.

The place was ok . It sure needs a deep cleaning with the windows and the screens but the place was dirty throughout the unit . fans didn’t work as much . So we suffered a bit .
It sure was in a great walking distance from the beach .

Great location. Close to beach and restaurants. Easy check in process. Unit was exactly as described. Even though it doesn’t have air-conditioning, it wasn’t a problem. Unit stays cool.

Beautiful condo that was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and view was breath taking, you could watch the sunset from balcony.

Nice property
We had a great stay at Kihei Akahi. Our group had 3 condos for this stay. Our condo was nice, but could use some air conditioning. We were aware when we booked that it did not have AC. July is miserably humid and AC would have been nice to have. I also reported a couple of minor issues. They responded quickly and with my permission said they would address the issues after we checked out. Hopefully they did this before the next guests.
Overall, everything was great and we would definitely stay at Kihei Akahi again, but in a unit with AC.

What I got was a location within walking distance to two great beaches, paddle board and snorkeling rentals, and dozens of restaurants and many shops! We only used our car rental to leave Kihei. The shops at Wailea are less than a ten minute drive. We snorkeled at Black Rock Beach in Lahaina one morning and it only took us about 40 minutes to get there. The airport food trucks, which are so delicious, are about 25 minutes away right across from Costco and more across from Costco gas.
The floor plan of the condo was great for our girls trip! Even though there is no a/c in the unit, the portable fans in each room combined with the open windows cooled us off enough at night that we slept comfortably.
I can’t think of one reason not to stay here!

The shops at Wailea are less than a ten minute drive. We snorkeled at Black Rock Beach in Lahaina one morning and it only took us about 40 minutes to get there. The airport food trucks, which are so delicious, are about 25 minutes away right across from Costco and more across from Costco gas.

Great Condo
Great stay at this condo. It’s very spacious, centrally located and homey. They stock some beach gear for your use as well. Kitchen was well stocked as well. We were nervous about being a corner unit near parking lot but noice from cars didn’t bother us at all. Wish we were back there now!
