We had a group of 8 stay in this beautiful house over the weekend! The home is so spacious, beautiful, well-equipped, and the proximity to the beach cannot be beat. I would reccommend this home to anyone!

Quick girls trip.
House has a pool table, table tennis, hot tub and outdoor fire pit. The house is larger than what the pictures show. Very comfortable and spacious. Easy walk to beach or a quick car drive.
Nice and quiet neighborhood.
Would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

This is our second trip to the Oregon Coast and Rockaway Beach specifically. Had a house in the same neighborhood , same street last year needed a bigger one for our group. This house was perfect number of rooms, bathrooms and living area. Location from the beach is perfect , short walk with ease . The only hiccup we had was the refrigerator was not working properly . Being a weekend it took 2 days for a response from local reps and maintenance . In the end , a second fridge was brought and placed in garage to tide us over . The house itself was great and the overall experience was great . I would have liked to seen quicker response from local help in the fridge since 8 people didn’t have a proper working fridge and food was lost due to it . 2 weeks AFTER the whole fridge incident I FINALLY get answer from Vacasa about it . Customer service could be worked on. But that’s not the house’s fault .

First, we chose this house because we stayed here in 2015. Since then, we found out the home was sold multiple times and is now operated by Vacasa. This was our first time staying in a home with Vacasa, and will likely be our last. Upon arrival, we found significant damage to some drywall on the stairway landing. We noted this right away. Further, the refrigerator does not cool to adequate temperature (readout on fridge showed 54 Fahrenheit was the lowest it got) and the freezer was not producing ice. There is second small fridge and freezer in the garage, but not large enough to hold items for a group of 6 adults. We ended up buying ice and keeping perishables in a cooler. We tired contacting Vacasa 5 times (once by phone and 4 direct messages through VRBO). Each time, Vacasa said they would reach out to the local operator/manager, but we never received a note, call, or any other effort to remedy the situation. Also, the toaster requires the user to keep the toggle depressed in order to work.
After lengthy calls with both VRBO and Vacasa, we were refunded some of our payment, but be sure to look at reviews for other Rockaway Beach properties and the complaints filed with the BBB. This is not a one time occurrence with Vacasa in this area.

I love the way the house is set up. So that you all are close enough to spend time together.

A short walk from the beautiful, moody ocean. Soft carpets and weather tight. Comfortable beds. Quiet! Lots of space to spread out.

The place is fine...
Pros: Lots of space for large groups, the beds are generally comfortable, and some of the amenities make for a fun, social stay away from home. It's within walking distance to the beach, though you'll need to drive if you're planning a day out. It is close to a lot of great local spots - we spent time exploring in Cannon Beach, Nehalem and Rockaway Beach - all of which were easily within driving distance for a day trip. There is a bald eagle aerie a few hundred feet behind the house, and it was super fun watching the baby eagles practice their flying skills:)
Cons:
- The pictures sell you this well-kept, meticulously managed beach house, but the reality is that, while all the general pieces are there, it is considerably more run down and shabby than expected. If the price were in line with this, it wouldn't be a problem, but for how much they charge, I expected more.
- The hot tub, while a great amenity, is completely uncovered and exposed to the elements. It rains an average of 186 days per year in the area (thanks Google), so your chances of having to sit in a downpour in order to enjoy the hot tub are about 50/50. Again, if I'm paying for a hot tub, I don't want to have to pray for a dry weekend so that I can use it!
- The majority of the fun amenities we were looking forward to using were either dilapidated or broken. Oh look, there are bikes! Wait...one is broken so we can't go for a ride as a family. Ooooh, a pool table! Wait...all the felts are falling off of the cues so you can't use them. A ping pong table? Wait...it's just dropped in the middle of the garage on a hard, cold concrete floor. Good ideas, poor execution and upkeep.
- SAFETY CONCERN: One day my daughter and I returned from a trip into town and found a stranger attempting to force their way into the house (mind you, my wife was inside, alone). When confronted, the person said they were from the management company and said "Oh, I thought you guys were out for the day so I could just stop in and look at the paint job." When I told her that I had better go inside to make sure my wife hadn't called the police - which, she did after realizing someone was trying to break in - the story changed to "Oh...sorry. I thought you had already checked out, and that's why I am here." So first, we were just "out for the day", but now we had checked out two days early? It all seemed very suspicious, so I called the management company, and after a much longer wait (getting their stories straight, perhaps?) I was told that they had sent someone to "look at the paint" and there was a miscommunication about our reservation. Regardless, if this was just poor management communication or someone from the company deciding to let themselves in uninvited while all of our valuables were securely locked inside, it is unacceptable, and all we received from the management company was a half-assed apology for the "misunderstanding". After that day, we kept all of our valuables locked in our car, because at least that had an alarm and the employees from the management company didn't have a code/key to get access to them.
In the end, we loved visiting the area, and had the house lived up to the hype we would gladly come back again. Unfortunately, all of the things that sold us on the experience were either broken, worn out, or unusable due to the weather (what a waste of a hot tub!), and we left disappointed knowing we had overpaid for a lackluster experience. The fact that we spent the second half of the trip afraid to keep our own belongings in the house that we overpaid for due to security concerns was just icing on the cake.
If you're looking in the area, look elsewhere for accommodations...you will not get your money's worth from this property.

We have 5 children that range from newborn to 11. Our older children and myself chose this home because the bikes, pool table and ping pong table (VACASA allows you to narrow search results based on bicycles) rather than a home on the beach that did not have these amenities. We were disappointed when we arrived there were only 3 bicycles and not the 5 in the advertised picture. To make it worse, only one adult bicycle worked. We called VACASA and they apologized because the number of bicycles was not listed correctly and offered a $25 rebate not enough for the $20 hour rate at local beaches to rent one bicycle. The pool table sticks also did not have tips.
To some this may sound petty, but the owner used an advantage in marketing to get his home rented which for our family was the primary reason we were staying at the home.
The home was clean, the beds were nice, our family loved the hot tub, and the walk to the beach was enjoyable.

Nirvana in Nedonna is a large upscale home that is perfect for friends and family who love to cook and entertain. Kitchen and adjoining dining space is well situated for being able to cook while friends sit at the bar counter with a beverage or a game of cribbage. Nice long dining room table with bench seats makes for fun casual meal gathering place...and seating aplenty.
The pool table is a nice touch that makes for a great place to retire after dinner cleanup is done.
2 larger rooms upstairs have their own en-suite full bathrooms which is great for parents/grandparents/ families.
(kids can have the smaller middle rooms with a shared full bath)
The kitchen was well stocked with a nice mix of pots & pans. A lot of guest houses feel like no one has actually ever lived in it or used it - and it shows by the quality of the knives and/or pots & pans (or lack thereof). This was a well equipped kitchen!
Easy walking distance to the beach to enjoy sunsets - then come back in for a cocktail before dinner.
We had an awesome stay here and will definitely keep on the short list for future beach trips

The home is excellent. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area are all in excellent condition.
Only issues were supplies in kitchen. Cutting boards need disposed of as does a cooking utensil or 2. Tea pot appears to have mold in the bottom of the pot. Only 2 dishwasher tablets were provided and 2 rolls of TP per bathroom.
The place was very clean and appliances are great. Toss the damaged kitchen items and this is 5 stars.
Location is blocks from the beach. The north end of the beach has tons of drift wood which kept us busy building a beach shelter. Plenty of Starfish covering the jetty during low tide. Long stretches of sand along the rest of the beach.
Close to several crabbing options. Tillamook is 30 minutes away. Cannon beach and seaside are 40ish minutes.

We had my parents, my brother’s family of three and my family of four with us. Plenty of space and great location. House was decorated nicely and clean. We only had three “issues”, 1. 10am check out is pretty early and the property manager wanted to charge us over $100 for a late check out. 2. Not a single box of Kleenexes in the house 3. No railings on the front porch and stairs which makes it hard for little kids and older adults to navigate. Regardless we hope to stay again, one of the better houses we’ve ever rented! Thank you for sharing it with us.

There were nine in our party and there was plenty of room. Four very nice sized bedrooms, three full baths and one partial. Huge TVs everywhere, large family room with exceptional couches, pool room with chairs and a couch, dining room off kitchen with a nine foot table. Fire pit, hot tub, ping pong, board games and corn hole!
Loved it!!

Very enjoyable home, well furnished, everything in perfect working order, location (access to beach and town) very good. Everyone in our party of 10 was very happy with the accommodations. Will try to come back next year and recreate the good times.

This place was amazing and a short walk to the beach. Head left to the end of the road and take a left to the end, about a 5 min walk. Had everything we needed. Trash had fish juice on the bottom and smelt up the whole house. Didn’t realize it until we took our trash out. Had to clean the garbage can. Other then that we enjoyed the place!

Wonderful spot
The house was perfectly enjoyable and came well-equipped. The only knock is that you're farther from the beach than the listing would lead you to believe. Try 15-20min walk, not 7...otherwise, all good!

The house, beds, common spaces, location, ease of use = 5 stars. It is a gorgeous house perfect for a vacation, provided the details are properly accounted for.Reason for 3 - star review: overflowing outdoor trash on arrival with multiple promised pickups by management company that did not happen. ONE trash bag for our kitchen trash bin! We had to leave to get some during vacation even though replacement bags were promised from an “outside vendor” called by the management company (they never appeared).Half the bathrooms had no bar soap for hand washing.Lastly: the gorgeous hot tub smelled suspect and has caused at least one case of pseudomonas folliculitus (painful body rash) in our group with documented pictures sent to management company and no follow-up call yet. We had hoped for a stress-free vacation, and were bummed to encounter multiple issues during our stay. We sure hope the hot tub is properly serviced before someone else stays here.
