This home is centrally located to everything Nacogdoches has to offer from the Historic brick streets of downtown to the beautiful campus of Stephen F. Austin State University. Offering three full bedrooms, queen sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms, the Martin Bungalow is the perfect home away from home for a weekend retreat or extended stay! The home is fully furnished and stocked with basic amenities needed for your stay! The home has a full kitchen with range, microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemaker. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the home. The front bedroom has a king size bed with flat screen TV. The middle bedroom has a queen size bed with flat screen TV, and the back bedroom has a trundle bed with two single beds and flat screen TV. The living room sleeper sofa includes an additional queen bed and a love seat. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV. The house has a large front porch to enjoy your morning coffee and a fenced back yard (please inquire about pet policy) with outdoor seating and firepit! This historic home was updated with all of the amenities you need! Everything was clean and the house smelled lovely upon entering. Perfect for our group of 5! The hosts were super accommodating and communicative. Only a 3 minute drive to downtown. Will definitely stay here again!

We came to Nacogdoches to visit its antique shops over the weekend for a quick getaway.
This home was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. After a day of antiquing, it was great to just come in and relax.

The Martin Bungalow was perfect! Completely redone inside, so clean, very Texas decorated, very cool house. It is a perfect, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! Close to restaurants and bars. Walking distance to several! I would for sure stay here again! The owners were great and very responsive, thank you for a great stay!

A group of 6 friends were in town for a wedding and this house could not be more perfect! It is a cozy home with everything you may need- and lots more. Comfortable beds, clean home, great location. We would stay here again without any hesitation!! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Stephen and Courtney were very quick to respond to pre-visit questions and even allowed us to change from our original reservation to one next door that had a fenced back yard for our two dachshunds. Henry and Frodo really appreciated that yard. The house was ideally located for our visit with my sister and nephew and for getting to and from various points in Nac (including, unfortunately, the emergency room at the Medical Center). Being so centrally located was ideal for us. Everything about the house was perfect. They have done an excellent job at renovating and decorating the house, including finishing touches that they didn't have to add but gave the house an unexpected touch of elegance. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having two bathrooms (one for each of us). We visit Nac at least once a year, sometimes twice, and we agree that this house is our favorite place to have stayed. Thanks so much, guys!We will definitely be back!

The house is every bit as cute as the photos! We came to town for a family reunion and the Martin Bungalow was perfect. The house itself is completely redone. The furnishings give it a very modern but comfortable feel. And the owners have thought of all the details to make your stay comfortable including a treat jar in the kitchen! Any time we are back in Nacogdoches, we will look forward to coming back to the Martin Bungalow!!

Beautiful Cottage in the heart of town!
The home was so welcoming and beautifully decorated! Great access to downtown shopping and in a great neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!
