The full kitchen features new flooring and upgraded stainless steel appliances that include a convenient dishwasher, countertop gadgets, and ample countertop space. Cook up a delicious meal, then serve guests at the dining table while the kids swing their feet from the breakfast bar. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have seven bedrooms to take advantage of, the main bedroom on the third floor, three on the second floor along with two balconies, and four more on the first level, where you'll also find a game room with a pool table, fridge, TV, and wine cooler. Right outside, there is a private hot tub. The private pool and patio are a great place to hang out with friends whenever you don't feel like heading to the beach. Take advantage of the gas grill to host a delicious barbecue while the private washer/dryer quietly knocks out all the laundry. Challenge a friend to a match on the shared tennis court, then come home to bask under the central air conditioning with a refreshing beverage. Things to Know The fireplace is available from October through April. The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
