GREAT location 3.3 miles to Windsor. Built in 2013 this open floor plan home features all NEW interior, bedding, all new memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked, upgraded and offers bar counter seating. Split style floor plan with 2 secondary bedrooms (Queen bed in bedroom 1) and (Queen bed w/twin trundle bed and twin overhead bunk) that share an upgraded hallway bath. The primary suite offers a King bed and on-suite w/walk-in shower, dual sinks and a large walk-in closet. The backyard is perfect for entertaining or an early day off the water. The California Patio offers an outdoor sectional, TV and bar seating for 5 and a dining table for 6 with ceiling fan, sun shades and market lights. The pool features a baja shelf and built-in seating w/table and umbrella stand. The terrace patio is the best place to enjoy a desert sunset with a peekaboo view of the lake. The terrace is complete with an outdoor sectional and propane fire-pit. The garage is air conditioned, perfect for cleaning out the boat after a long day on the water and our RV parking is gated (w/full RV hook-ups) and can accommodate any boat towers. The home was much better than the photos showed. Nice new remodel feel. Great tiled baths. Kitchen super functional. We used the spotless pool every day of our visit. Very nice to have secure garage access. Big plus was the easy side parking. We have a 27' double deck tri toon. It fit easily on the side concrete drive. No difficult slope or too narrow space. Easy for your oversize vehicle or boat and trailer. Smooth booking and easy access.

Place was very clean and had enough space 8 adults to eat and hangout. A/C garage was very nice to park the boat and unload out of the heat! Would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed ourselves. The house is beautiful, plenty of room for the 9 of us.
The backyard was a hit. We spent alot of time in the pool and jacuzzi. And we really enjoyed the TV outside.

This house suited our needs perfectly. 2 adult couples each had their own rooms with plenty of space and the 2 kids had a perfect room with bunk bed. Living room and outdoor space was perfect for hanging out and the house had all the amenities we needed for when bwe were there. Nice long driveway on side of house for boat storage. Will look to stay here again when we come back!

We stayed for 10 weeks, this was the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at, the owner responded to our questions/concerns immediately and was very accommodating. the property is as advertised, very nice pool area, quiet neighborhood . we will definitely stay here again in the future.

In❤️with home from the moment we opened the door and looked outside. The outside living was fantastic we stayed in the pool and had dinner outside each night. The owner’s decor was perfect and so accommodating to our needs for the trip. The home was a great size for 6 adults and perfect location to town. VERY CLEAN and up kept to perfection! I will be back to rent again and would refer to friends and family. Thank you!

Loved the house and the cleanliness, but like someone else mentioned on previous review that the pool looks much smaller than the pictures. This is 100% true statement. All and all was a good experience.

The house was clean upon arrival. We’ve stayed at several different houses in Havasu and all though the kitchen was not as stocked as other homes we still made it work. There were plenty of pool and bath towels. The house and especially the pool are much smaller in person than in the pictures. Very close to stores, gas stations and Windsor Beach.

Amazing stay!
Upon arriving, the house smelled and looked very clean. It was perfect for our 4 night stay. It has everything you need, including the perfect pool and outside area. Backyard is shaded during the evening, so using the bbq grill for dinner is a great option. Great communication with the host and easy check in. We would definitely love to stay here again!
