Our entire Family was in town for our son's wedding. We found the house to be Modern, and comfortable. Open floor plan! Most of all, it was pet friendly! Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was ok but still a work in progress. Parking for 2 cars in back of property helped as street parking was very limited. We will def rebook for future travel.Our relatives were able to book their own VRBO's close to house which was very convenient.

This property was clean, fine for 4. 1 sitting area for 4. Table with hard bench and bar stools. No chairs in bedrooms. Not amenable to separate conversations. White florescent Lights in living room ceiling very uncomfortable. .. no lamps or dimmers. No tissues, no napkins... just to get people started. Just ok. Have stayed in better.

Great part of town with friendly neighbors. I thought I was helping out a cat who was taking command of the intersection a couple blocks down, but one of the neighbors down there said "that's Calvin and he's the mayor around here" 😂 It's a very friendly block with bodegas and cool restaurants with underground bars. A+ Love Richmond!

Convenient location to downtown for my friends and family running in the Richmond half-marathon this weekend. The property was nice and was as described on the site!
