This villa with bags of character is set at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains in Selva and counts with private pool, huge terrace, air conditioning and WiFi. It can comfortably accommodate 2-6 guests. Set in the outskirts of Selva, considered as one of the most beautiful villages of Spain, this villa is perfect if you seek for nature and tranquillity. The village provides you with a small grocery shop, very good restaurants and some bars. The region is nice for hiking, cycling and there are many interesting spots you can visit; for example the Lluc Monastery, the Campanet Caves or the village of Binissalem with its famous bodegas. A 10 minutes’ drive takes you to the city of Inca with lots of services, supermarkets and gas stations. The northern beaches like Playa de Muro, Port de Pollença and Platja de Formentor can be reached in a 30 minutes’ drive. A car is necessary. Surrounded by countryside with lovely views, this villa features a private, 40 m2 sized chlorine pool with a depth ranging between 0.6 and 1.7 meters. The spacious terrace counts with several sun loungers, garden chairs, ping-pong table and parasol. The furnished porch and the barbecue area invite you to enjoy great al-fresco dining. The porch gives access to the fully equipped kitchen-dining room, including a vitro hob, dishwasher and kitchenware. There’s a bedroom with a 1,35 meter double bed, closet and fan as well as a shower bath with hair dryer. Two more, air conditioned bedrooms, one with a 1.5 meters double bed and the other with 2 twin beds and a shower bath with hair dryer are on the first floor. The living room counts with cosy sofas and a TV with satellite channels. The rooms on the upper floor overlook the countryside and the rolling hills. Equipment includes free WiFi, a washing machine, iron/ironing board and a cot and high chair. To consider: The optional use of the air conditioning has a cost of 15 Eur per day and you will pay this fee directly to the owner when checking in. If you don't want the air conditioning, you don't pay. There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require this documents by email.
