The security deposit is an authorization hold, not a charge. It's a temporary hold placed on your credit card the day before arrival; reserved to cover damages to the property. For the security and safety of all our guests, this property has Ring cameras that monitor the front and rear exterior of the property. All cameras record video and will be ON during every reservation. - Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host. - No more than 14 guests unless pre-approved by the host. - No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host. - No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest. - No use of the fireplace is allowed. - If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies. - ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house/garage.
