A palm tree lined backyard includes a large saltwater private (heated) pool, LED lighted pergola with picnic table, a gas grill and plenty of luxurious seating and lounge chairs for everyone in your group to enjoy. Driveway parking for 6-8 cars which is not an easy find when it comes to beachside living! Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods. CANCELLATION POLICY: We do offer a cancellation policy for our guests based on the booking platform, as follows: -Cancellation Policy for VRBO: Only 25% of the booking total is withheld if written cancellation is received more than 60 days before check in. There are no cancellations once you are within 60 days of the check in date. -Cancellation Policy for AirBnB: Guests can cancel at least 60 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee (AirBnB will not refund this). If you cancel less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. *Weddings and/or receptions are not permitted within this home or on premises. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and additional rentals fines. *This is a non-smoking property.

We loved the area! I even walked to the beach with my 5 year old - not far at all! We rented a golf cart to carry all of the beach items. The house is beautiful and is as advertised. We would highly recommend!

Great family reunion

Great family reunion

We stayed here for our family reunion of 24. There were 14 adults and 10 kids, ranging in age of 9-17. Monica was excellent to communicate with and the home itself was just as described. Pros: The rooms are described and quite spacious. Having seven large king beds was great for our group. The home itself is gorgeous. The pool area is fabulous and is where we spent a lot of our time. It was a quick and easy walk to Miramar beach access and beach restaurants. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and supplies. Lots of parking for 8 vehicles. Cons/improvements: The bedrooms need furnishings for clothing. We were there for a week and it’s quite difficult to stay with no dresser and having to live out of a suitcase. I would suggest a larger dresser in each bedroom under the TVs (especially in the front bedroom on the second floor as there is no closet). For guests staying a week (or more), the host should supply more than a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. For the price of the home, a Vrbo should come with basic necessities (tp, paper towel, dishwasher detergent, etc). Suggestion from the group was outdoor ceiling fans on the patios. It was well over 100 during our stay and that would have helped. The half bath is at the front of the house which leads to lots of water being tracked though the home while using the pool. There are some rules which are difficult to comply with due to the closeness of the other homes. The next door neighbors are right on top of you and we were easily mistaken for them once. Rules such as smoking and noise can be difficult to tell where it is coming from. While the home had some things we thought could be improved upon, we all had the trip of a lifetime. Monica was great in communication and the location and home itself was great. Don’t hesitate to book. It’s a blast!
