There are five bedrooms on this floor as well, including one primary suite. Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find a second great room with a gas fireplace and a large dining area to seat everyone together. The kitchen opens to the dining room and includes a breakfast nook. There are three bedrooms on this level, including another primary suite. The third floor features a fantastic theater room with movie-style seating and a large TV. The two bedrooms on this level are both expansive primary suites. Additional amenities include TVs in eight of the bedrooms, free WiFi throughout the house, and a gas grill. Things to Know The fireplaces are for use between October and May only The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
