Enjoy yard games in the open and spacious back yard or escape from the wind and sun behind the tree line. The options are endless. Beach Dream Inn is just a 5-minute walk (without crossing any roads) to the wide-open beach. Corolla is home to plenty of top restaurants, shops, and local attractions to keep your family entertained. This home is perfect for small family groups at an affordable price. Beach Dream Inn will accommodate UP TO 10 guests with use of the sleeper sofa. This home is dog friendly! 3 bedrooms - 6 beds - 2.5 baths - Sleeper Sofa - 10 guests Property layout: Ground level - Carport; Driveway; Gated pool and hot tub w/ enclosed outdoor shower Lower level - Main entry; Master king bedroom w/ smart TV, deck access, and attached full bathroom w/ shower/tub combo; Queen bedroom w/ smart TV and deck access; Bedroom w/ smart TV, a bunk bed set, and a twin bed w/ trundle; Full hall bathroom w/ shower/tub combo; Laundry Upper level - Great room w/ living area (including sleeper sofa), smart TV, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen; Half bathroom; Deck access; Space for air mattress (provided for use if needed) Amenities (including but not limited to): Pet friendly (additional $150 fee required) Pool heater (additional fee required) Wifi Private pool Hot tub Washer/Dryer Free parking (up to 3 cars) Smart TVs Smoke alarm CO detector Convenient beach access Bed linens (linens will be wrapped and found on each bed) and pillows Towels and washclothes Iron YouTube TV and apps such as Netflix, Disney Plus, ESPN Plus, Peacock, and Hulu (you will use your own account for Netflix and other apps not listed above) Kitchen fully stocked with cooking equipment (including crock pot, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, and toaster) Fire extinguishers First aid kit Kayak Surfboard Paddle board Sand toys Boogie board Beach chairs and umbrellas Wheeled cart Hair dryer Keyless entry Gas grill Ring security camera (outside only) Additional information: Pool will typically be open from April 1st through November 1st. Pool heater will be available for a $200 fee per week. Use of the pool heater must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the pool heater will not operate if the surrounding air temperature is less than 55 degrees (if the temperature drops below 55 degrees the heater will be shut off). Hot tub will be open throughout the year. Check in and check out will be on Saturday in season. In season reservations must be for a minimum of 7 days. Off season reservations must be for a minimum of 3 days with flexible check in and check out. Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM. Persons making reservations must be 21 years of ago or older and must be present for the duration of the reservation. Note - An additional rental agreement that provides further information regarding house rules and expectations will be sent upon booking for review and signature. Errors in pricing may occur despite every precaution being taken. We reserve the right to correct such errors.

We had a very enjoyable five night stay here! The house was exactly as pictured and checkin was super easy. The hot tub was AMAZING and the walk to the beach was short and sweet! We took in the beauty of sunrises on the beach (and finding conch shells!) and the stunning sunsets from the “tippy top” deck over the Sound. Shops were open nearby at Timbuck II and in Duck (donuts!) and we ate a delicious steamer pot to go from the Outer Banks Boil Company. Also the Wright Brothers site was a worthwhile stop! It was wonderful to have sheets and towels ready for our use as well as a washer and dryer. Thank you for lending us your home for a great family trip!

We enjoyed our family get away. It was an easy walk to beach for fishing and shell hunting. House had everything we needed. Hot tub was great for the chilly weather. Host had great communication.

We loved the house; it was in a quiet area, close to the beach. Great amenities in the house; anything you would need to cook a full meal; master bed was so comfortable. They had everything you need to go to the beach; minutes away from local attractions. Great communication with the host. They provided great detail of local attractions. I definitely would stay again.

We had a great stay at Beach Dream Inn. Everything we needed for the beach and pool were available to use at the house, and we enjoyed many quick walks to the beach.

Home exactly as described; comfortable, extremely clean, short walk to the beach, nice location. A welcome binder from hosts available and clearly explained all our family needed to know to make our stay easy and hassle free. Beach equipment and pool toys provided a plus. Beds/mattresses super, one of my top three priorities when staying away from home. The one thing lacking was not being able to stay longer!

We really enjoyed our week at Beach Dream Inn. We had 2 families with kids ranging from 3-15 and our dogs. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. There were beach umbrellas, chairs, blankets, beach cart and even life jackets for kids and adults. It was a short walk to the beach from the house. We used the heated pool every day. Amber was very responsive to questions, gave recommendations from restaurants to shopping and even reached out mid week to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay there again.

Our family of four spent a wonderful week doing exactly what we wanted - relaxing! The property is laid out perfectly for everyone to have their own space, or to gather together for fun! Reading on the pool deck, soaking in the hot tub, and making the easy walk to the beach to spend a sunny afternoon were all highlights of our trip. I would easily recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation that offers both seclusion and easy access to the typical activities you’d expect at OBX.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was close to the beach and had everything we wanted to take there - umbrellas, chairs, toys, coolers, and more, including a cart to carry everything. We enjoyed having a hot tub and heated pool right outside, which we used daily, and the yard was great for our dog. There was a bike path right in front that we took to an ice cream shop. Amber was very responsive every time we communicated with her. Enjoy a trip to OBX with a stay at the Beach Dream Inn!

The heated pool and hot tub were awesome!. The access to beach chairs and umbrellas and toys you don't need to pack because they have them there was a plus. Also the short walk to the beach was easy. Located in beautiful Corolla not far from shops in Corolla and Duck. Grocery store close by and the light house, museum and wild horse tours very close. We highly recommend the Adventure wild horse tours.

The Beach Dream Inn worked out perfectly for our spring break destination. Amber Responded quickly with questions or issues. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The heated pool and hot tub was definitely a bonus. We used it everyday, even with the cooler weather. The beach was right around the corner (less than 5 mins). Close to amenities, shops etc. we had a really great time. We would definitely rent again if we ever come back to the OBX. Thanks so much!

Cute, clean, and remodeled beach house just 5 min walk to a beautiful soft sand beach. The house is smaller than what the pictures showed but squared feet were listed so no surprise for us. Communication was speedy and smooth. We enjoyed the local bbq Sooey which was so delicious. Groceries are convenient nearby and their prices are are very reasonable.
The only things missed in the house are a couple of blankets for the winter vacationers like us and maybe some big lids for the pot and skillet. We turned the heat up to get warm but a few cozy blankets or throws would be nice for the winter. Plus I didn't expect to make my own beds especially arriving at 9 pm. Despite those littel unexpected things, I would still return to this house if we happen to be in OBX again for its vaulted living room and convenient distance to the beach. Thank you Amber!

First of all, communication from host was always fast, friendly and professional. All online processes went so smoothly and were very clear. The house was beautiful, surrounded by trees, extremely clean and full of little details to make one's stay pleasant - laundry, kitchen stuff, TVs, comfy beds, amazing views, very pretty decor to name a few. Our stay was November so Corolla was quiet and relaxing, perfect for us. The house is close to the Pine Island Audubon Sanctuary (nice hike), Historic Corolla Village for the lighthouse, kayak launching, some museums, and a book store.
The management, or host, of this home is wonderful. The beach is gorgeous. Going north rather than south to the other sections of the Outer Banks was fantastic. Hope to stay here again.

The property is beautifully decorated and offers numerous amenities. Amber guides you through the process with ease. She provides details and suggestions via email that enhances your stay. The house is near restaurants, shopping, and the beach. You can choose to relax and/or get active on the water with all the extras offered at the house ( kayak, boogie boards and more). The three levels of decks to the house provides spectacular views to the oceans , sunrises and stars at night. There is a fire pit and grill available as well. Pack a smile and book your next vacation here. You won't regret it.

This property was perfect for our family, booked it for the yard space for our dog and beautiful decks. The location was great and short walk to the beach, easy to maneuver with our dog and baby. We loved all the amenities in the home - pool, hot tub, kayak, cornhole, and decks. Only think I would ask for is more seating on the deck spaces to enjoy with family. The seating was limited and dated. Wonderful trip otherwise, fully equipped for family and pups!

My family had an exceptionally enjoyable stay! We 10/10 would recommend for any family looking for a clean house with lots of amenities, close to the beach, with extra yard space/privacy. Amber was an amazing host and answered all of our questions promptly. This house has everything you need to make your stay in Corolla relaxing. The beach is about a 5 minute walk and a flight of stairs away! The pool and hottub were perfect when you needed a break from the beach. The upper deck was perfect for watching the sunrises over the ocean and drinking your morning coffee (I miss this part the most)! This house is located about 2 minutes away from the local grocery store Harris Teeter/duck donuts/ice cream/pizza/smoothies! We had 3 Littles under the age of 4, so the spacious upstairs made family time manageable inside the house! The parking situation was ideal for our 2 large SUVS/1 truck. Our fur children also joined us on this trip, the big back yard was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with lots of amenities and made eating at the house simple.
We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this house/property manager, and hope to return in the future!

The owner was so communicative prior and during our stay and the house was clean and VERY well stocked! Everything about it made for some amazing family memories where everyone was able to enjoy what they loved from boogie boarding, swimming, and relaxing on the deck!

Family Beach Trip
We very much enjoyed Beach Dream Inn. The location was good, the pool was perfect after a hot day on the beach, and the home itself was clean and well appointed. The kitchen table needs upgraded and the home could use just a few more touches like extra blankets or throws for upstairs, but otherwise a very comfortable and clean place to call home for a week. Would most definitely rent again in the future.

This was my first time in Corolla and we made some wonderful memories in Beach Dream Inn. Easy walk to the beach, fun in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. This home was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. I would definitely recommend this place. 5 stars for sure!

Great place and wonderful hosts
This is a very well maintained home. It is by far one of the cleanest houses I have ever rented in OBX. It accommodates up to 10 people. My family of 4 had plenty of space. The pool is a nice size and has a large deck around it. The home has a lot of upgrades and kitchen is stocked with all that you will need. The beds are very comfortable and linens are provided. The owner keeps in contact and is just a call away if needed for anything. I would definitely rent this home again. I highly recommend if you are looking for a 3 bedroom.
