ハウスルールが厳しいので、言うだけあって綺麗でした。私も必要以上に常に緊張感を持って綺麗を保つように心がけました。

予約手続き、チェックアウト、デポジットの返金の手続きがとても面倒です。ルールも厳しいので、滞在中は常に緊張感を持ち、リラックスは出来ません。値段の価格に対してシェアハウスで狭いです。 また、予約した時より狭い部屋に入れられました。 私達は2人で、ベッドが２人用の部屋を予約したが、オーバーブッキングをしたようで、代わりにもっと値段も高く広くて良い部屋を案内すると言われたので了承した。案内された部屋は狭くてシングルルームでした。ここは2人部屋、シングルベッドは１つ。もう1人は床で寝ろと言われました。床は狭くて、布団を敷くと床なのでとても固く、足の踏み場は全くなくなりました。それで2人部屋だ。と言い切ってました。この部屋は2人では厳しいと伝えると、「貴方は部屋の変更を了承した」と、言われました。話と全く異なる部屋を実際は案内されたのに、どう見てもシングルルームなのに、ここは良い部屋だ。2人部屋だ。高い部屋なんだと。それを押し通し、そして貴方は部屋の変更を了承した。と、詐欺にあった気分になりました。そして、お金を払えば、もう一つの部屋を提供すると言われた。その部屋も通常より安く提供してやる。と、ホストが予約した部屋を用意出来なかったのに、変更をオッケーとした、私達が悪いような状況に追い込まれました。そして更に部屋のお金を払えと。 何度もやり取りを重ねてく時に、その部屋が私が予約した部屋より安くて、狭く、シングルルームという、証拠を見つけました！！それを見せると、ようやくもう一つのシングルルームも使えるようになりました。ホストは信用出来ません。デポジットは戻ってきて安心しました。

I've got nothing bad to say about my stay. It was exceptional

Room is really clean and close to the elevator. The common area is beautiful and well kept, made me really consider staying here again! The pool is mostly empty and opens till 10pm. Host is very responsive. Security is good.

Only 1 set of keys provided even when there's more than 1 traveller, despite it being important to enter and leave the room/floor/building. The moth ball smell is quite overbearing. Apart from the private room, there's not much space in the apartment itself; if 2 people were out of their rooms, it can start feeling crowded. There's also no place to hang swimsuits indoors.

The environment is pretty good and there are several types of facilities free to use.

The smell of the disinfectant was quite strong and it made me quite hard to breathe and fall asleep.

The place was clean, but too many cockroach repellent everywhere that made my cloth smell very bad after two days. there is no kitchen, just a cooker on the washing machine balcony. There is no space for nothing. the facilities of the building are nice. You have to got the keys by yourself with a code, not complicated but a bit hard. The shower was good. The best is the price.

I don't expect to get these much for just RM 70-80 per night! I swear that this place is the most accurate to perfections. You get both feelings of being on vacation and at your own house cuz it is! The places nearby are just so soo tourist-friendly and if you prefer some leisure walk with your travel buddies, you can just walk to the location that you want. The security level is also super good so you don't have to worry about it. I don't manage to go to the swimming pool but from a higher level, i could see how beautiful and calming the level where the swimming pool and other facilities located. Seriously I would rate this place 1000/10! And I definitely will come back here if I happen to travel nearby this place.
