Each room is beautifully furnished, with hardwood floors and tile in the gathering rooms. Additional features include 10 TVs, cable service, high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, a gas grill, picnic tables, plentiful outdoor seating, an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water), basketball, and three refrigerators. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. The fireplace is not for guest use. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
