The primary bedroom suite offers a jetted tub, a walk-in closet, a cable TV with a VCR/DVD player, and balcony access through sliding glass doors. The Dunes is conveniently located in the heart of Sandbridge, where getting to the beach is a breeze. On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators. THINGS TO KNOW The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Overall it was a great apartment. VERY spacious, clean, 3 bedrooms was great, had games for the kids (which was nice) as well as two beach chairs and a beach locker on the garage floor. Having a pool was wonderful, as was the short walk to the beach, store, and Ben & Jerry's. The one big negative were the mattresses, especially the master bedroom, which felt hard as stone.

The location of this condo is great! Steps across the street to the beach. Steps to the local market and restaurant. Steps to get ice cream. Great loop for walking. Nice pool. This condo is tired and worn. Paint is peeling off one of the cabinets that holds the garbage can. There is a knob missing from one of the cabinet doors. Some of the dresser drawers won't stay shut. You have to yank pretty hard on the shower door to get it to open and close. The furniture is worn. The beds are ok. It's "fine" but not great.

Summer Moments was a perfect condo for our family. It was a great location; They kept it very clean, and it was very spacious. The pool was perfect for our kids and was a short walk to the beach. Vacasa is terrible to rent through - we weren’t able to check in on our check in day because they didn’t have cleaning crews. We had to check in a day late and lost a day of our vacation. They’re impossible to get a hold of and literally did not care about any of our needs. While I would love to rent this condo again, we will never rent through Vacasa again.
